I visited this restaurant at the food stall village near the ski resort without doing any research beforehand. I felt like having some meat for dinner, so I thought maybe a place with "Meat" in its name specializes in it. I saw a menu item called "Shirokoro" and asked a staff member from another stall what it was, and they told me it's a type of hormone. I decided to try the "Yokubari set meal" (Shirokoro & beef kalbi for 850 yen). The Shirokoro, made from small intestine, had a melt-in-your-mouth texture and was delicious. I usually don't like hormone dishes, but this one was really tasty. The kalbi was a bit tough, but it balanced well with the fatty Shirokoro. The atmosphere at the food stall village was great, with all the shops getting along well. I really liked the vibe there.
