I came to Teshikaga. I finally bought the bread from Birth that I had been curious about for a while! It seems that they usually sell by reservation at the actual store, but they sell it on Saturdays at the Michi-no-Eki. It was close to noon, so some of the bread was sold out, but I purchased the "4 types set for 450 yen" of bread. It includes milk, whole wheat, rich red bean paste, and sesame. When I went, only the rich red bean paste and the 4 types set of bread were left. The other bread was still available. The bread is about one-third the size of a typical loaf of bread. It says "mini bread" on it. They use Hoshino natural yeast for the bread. First, I tried it without toasting it. Yum!! It's chewy! The outside is firm but not hard. This bread is delicious! This kind of texture is hard to find in other breads. It's delicious. The amount of sesame and cheese in the sesame bread is just right. It's not too much, so you can really enjoy the flavor of the bread. The rich red bean paste has just the right amount of sweetness. It's delicious! The next day, I tried toasting it. The crust became super crispy! The inside remained chewy. It's so tasty. Whether you toast it or not, you can enjoy it either way. It was delicious! Next time, I'll try buying bread other than the loaf. It's also nice to reserve and buy for sharing with others. Thank you for the meal!
