-Porcini soy sauce ramen ¥1,050
-Special toppings ¥400
In terms of taste, service, and atmosphere, everything was superb. The satisfaction level, including the lingering aftertaste after finishing the meal, knows no bounds. Visited on Monday, July 10th. The store opens at 11:00, and I arrived at 11:10. From a distance, I could see a group of about ten people holding umbrellas, forming a line, so there was no hesitation when visiting. It was quite a relief that they provided umbrellas as it was scorching hot. After waiting for just under an hour, the ramen was served. It was over 36°C that day, so just waiting was draining, but the attentive service of the staff and having the bowl in front of me made me forget about the fatigue. Thin straight noodles and a clear soy sauce broth. The soy sauce broth is made by separately boiling chicken, pork, shrimp, and shellfish broth, then blending them together, resulting in a depth of flavor that is hard to describe. Initially, I was hesitant to change the already perfect soy sauce flavor with porcini, but after trying a bit, it added a new twist without altering the base of the bowl, increasing the pace of slurping the noodles. The special toppings included duck chashu, seasoned egg, and chicken meatballs. All of them were exquisite, but the seasoned egg was exceptionally soft, maintaining its shape, and bursting with the high-quality umami of the egg. I can only imagine how delicious the egg over rice, which I hesitated to order today, would be. Dining inside the restaurant is only available on Monday for lunch, making it very difficult to visit again, but I strongly feel the desire to return whenever possible.
