After drinking, it's ramen time! I haven't visited for a while! I went with some work colleagues. I ordered a soy sauce ramen without feeling rushed. Others were having soft drinks or beer. Am I the only one having ramen? (laughs) The master and mama-san have such great smiles! We enjoyed our meal once again. I hope they open during the day too. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I completely forgot about it (crying) so I saved it to remember (laugh). I visited this yakiniku restaurant last autumn! They also had ramen available. I immediately ordered the miso ramen. The young couple who run the place were very friendly. I also wanted to try some meat, so I ordered some and they grilled it for me. I also ordered a drink, so while sipping on it and enjoying the grilled meat, the ramen arrived at the perfect timing! It looked so delicious! The soup was tasty, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The ramen at a yakiniku restaurant is really delicious! The quality was top-notch in every aspect. Unfortunately, they don't open for lunch. I would be so happy if they did. There were also various types of meat available, so next time I want to visit focusing on the meat dishes! Thank you for the meal.

I received a delivery in Nagano Town and decided to stop by this restaurant on my way back for some ramen. Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats on the left and tatami seats on the right. The overall size of the restaurant is about 10 tatami mats. There are two staff members, a young couple it seems. I arrived early, so there was only one other customer at first, but soon after, what seemed like regular customers started coming in. I ordered the soy sauce ramen after looking at the menu. The master diligently prepared it. The noodles were slightly thick and curly egg noodles. The soup had a typical amount of floating fat. The taste was visually impactful but surprisingly mild, with a deep flavor and a slight sweetness, lacking any strong flavors. If I had to say, it could have been even more delicious if it had a bit more of that soy sauce soup essence. The chashu was thinly sliced with a hint of pink, tender in texture.
