In one week, this season's business will be ending. I had the beef curry, which was made with tender tongue meat and was quite fulfilling. It comes with only fukujinzuke as a side dish, but the best part is that it is served without having to wait. You can pay at the cashier without waiting. Spaghetti, ramen, and rice bowls can make you wait in the cafeteria, but not the curry. However, there are noticeable shortages in the menu overall. I wonder if the shortages will be resolved by the last day of the weekend. There is also KWP Lounge in the same area, so if you are a member, you can avoid the crowds and enjoy free juice or coffee while eating.

This is a self-service cafeteria located inside the ski resort. They only open for lunch as they don't have night operations. One of their most impressive dishes is the Katsu & Meat Spaghetti priced at 1600 yen, which comes in a huge portion served in a hot casserole. They also offer Hokkaido specialties like Zangi Don and Sapporo Ramen. And of course, they have soft serve ice cream, meat pies, and American hot dogs for snacks. It's a typical restaurant you would find in a resort area.

On this day, I went snowboarding at my favorite Rusutsu Resort. I had lunch at "Lone Pine" located within the ski resort, where there is no shortage of snow. I ordered the "Rusutsu Highland Pork Cutlet Curry" along with a "Rusutsu Love Beer" and some "Chicken Karaage". The restaurant was crowded with mostly foreigners, giving it a cafeteria-like atmosphere which was a bit chaotic. The "Rusutsu Highland Pork Cutlet Curry" had delicious cutlet but the curry sauce was just okay. Well, it's just slope food, so that's to be expected. The beer was the best part! ^^;
