"Menya Futaba" I am alone in Obihiro. Lately, I haven't felt the urge to go somewhere far away without making a big deal about it. Today, I pushed myself a little and headed to Obihiro. There are only a few Kushiro ramen left, but sometimes there is a ramen that makes you go "Oh!?" But in Obihiro, there are quite a few ramen shops left, but I haven't found a ramen that I think is delicious. Of course, it's not like there weren't any good ones. I visited popular shops, so the top-ranked shops were indeed delicious. Today, I chose stability. It seems to be a popular shop. It's a shop I often pass by and see. "Futaba" There are four cars parked in front and on the side. It was a ticket machine. I thought it was soy sauce, but I'll go with salt. The reason is simple... salt is cheaper. But it seems like it's not right. Soy sauce is unusually 800 yen. If it's delicious, I have no complaints. I sit on the long side of the L-shaped counter. The short side is extremely short. There are two seats, right? There are three tables in the raised seating area. One table has six people, including a sumo wrestler-like woman as the representative. Why is it that women with a strong build also have loud voices? Children are not reserved, dads are quiet, it's a typical family, isn't it? There are three tables in the box seats. The salt ramen was ready in 3 minutes. It was quick. And it's sesame oil. You can tell right away that they're trying to cover it up with sesame oil. The noodles are thinner than Sapporo's, right? It's delicious. But it's Menya, so I thought there would be some unique feature. The menma is flavored strongly with pepper. I don't like this... it's not menma, it's tonma. It's just a joke. Maybe the bean sprouts are blanched? They're not grilled, right? They're boiled, right? It's a bit sarcastic. The green onions. The chashu. The smell is just about okay. I finished everything. It's thin, so it's delicious. The soup. A sense of lack from the beginning. Weak dashi flavor. I thought about adding garlic, but if I add garlic to this, it will be even worse. The soup is lacking. They're trying to cover up the lack of soup with sesame oil. Before covering it up with sesame oil, I think there are things they should do. It's not for me... the soup. I'm careful about how I write it. If they make a good ginger ramen, I won't complain. If they make a good sesame oil ramen, I won't complain. It's all about the base ramen being well-made. It's crowded. More customers keep coming. I just can't find a ramen shop that I really like in Obihiro. I might as well stop eating ramen in Obihiro. I can already hear someone saying, "That's right, don't come back." I thought about how they can charge 750 yen for this ramen. It was a ramen that made me think 600 yen = 750 yen.
