Local Produce Cafeteria Ure. What a strange name!!! But there is an explanation written inside the store. Try breaking down the character for "sky." It makes sense!!! Read more at the store. I wonder when was the first time I visited this Local Produce Cafeteria? It's located next to Golf 5, so I stopped by while shopping. It's across from Otokoyama in terms of location. When driving, I thought, Local Produce Cafeteria??? Ah, it must be a shop with lots of vegetable-centered side dishes, so I didn't go for a while. I wonder how many years it took to fill up the stamp card, but it's almost full. Anyway, the portions are generous, right? Today, what rank will it be? If it looks delicious, click the "↓" button!!! The menu is slightly difficult to read, but also easy because all items have photos. However, the text is small, so it's hard to read. As a result, it's a draw haha. The backside is packed with menu items like ramen, set meals, and rice dishes. That's the general lineup. They also have mini options, so you can create your own set. But...the mini portions here are quite generous, so you need to think before ordering, or you might struggle. Miso Ramen Basically, the soy sauce ramen here has a taste I like. So I've had it a few times. However, today I tried the miso flavor for the first time. And it's labeled as rich. The richness here is indeed rich, so it's quite intense. The noodles are thin. The soup is made with white miso, and as expected, it's intense. It's rich, but with plenty of vegetables like bean sprouts, it balances out nicely. The noodles are a bit thin, so they slightly lose to the rich soup. The miso flavor is similar to the standard miso taste you get in Sapporo. But the portion is quite large. It might be considered a double portion compared to other places. Kaleru Curry Hormone Ramen Commonly known as Kaleru. It caught my eye, so I decided to order it. I've had hormone ramen at many places, but this was my first time with Kaleru. I thought it would be rich, so I ordered a small rice as a side. Wait...are the noodles different??? No, they should be the same. But when I compared them side by side, these seemed thicker. The curry sauce clings well to the noodles. At first taste, the curry seemed sweet. But as I continued eating, it started to feel spicy...that's how it goes, right? It's like curry rice, no, curry soup flavor. If you want to adjust the curry amount, you can put the white rice in the spoon first and gradually add the soup. And then take a bite...huh?? This is not...it's not soup curry. It's not curry rice either. What is it...? It's at this moment that I realized this curry is the soup for curry ramen. Apart from the hormone, there is also a miso option. I feel like trying the soy sauce next time. Nevertheless, the overall quantity of ingredients is large, making it a satisfying dining experience. Let's go again!! Thank you for the meal.
