Today, I went shopping in the eastern part of Tanno Town and had some soba. The prices are a bit high, but the menu is extensive and the portions are large. I had a set with curry rice and cold soba. The soba was firm rather than chewy, and the curry rice was different from the typical soba shop's curry rice - it was more like curry rice served in a bowl, slightly spicy and with some thickness. I finished it all, but I was quite full afterwards.

I had the Katsu Curry for 1240 yen at the Fukuzumi Tanono branch of the soba restaurant located on the right side after entering from the Abashiri side entrance of Tobu East Mall. Curry at soba restaurants is always delicious, right? The katsu was thick, crispy, and big in size, with a delicious taste that can rival specialty shops.

At Tobu Kitami, the food court in front was not open at night, so it was crowded. The soba tempura set costs 1380 yen. The soba was not authentic, just regular soba that comes with the set menu. The taste was average. The tempura was moist and not crispy, so it wasn't very delicious. It felt like it had been sitting for a while, which was disappointing. I would rather eat elsewhere than here. I won't be visiting again. Despite being crowded, the staff at the restaurant were friendly and provided good service.

I enjoyed dipping the green onions in the broth and slurping up the noodles. Some restaurants take a long time to serve soba noodles, but this place was quick to serve just the Mori Set. It's all about the flexibility and adaptability of a soba restaurant. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

This is Kitami, and I'm alone. For lunch today, I decided to try a restaurant where I had to arrive right at opening time because last time I went 30 minutes after opening, the parking lot was full. As I approached the restaurant, I noticed that it seemed dark even though it was close to opening time. I quickly checked and found out that it was actually their regular day off. In situations like this, it's important to stay calm and remember that there must be other good options available. I decided to go to a place called "Fukuzumi" in town Sobadegai, which is a chain restaurant that I have criticized before. The atmosphere inside was a bit old but well-maintained. The background music was the sound of a koto. I wanted to try the "hiyashita nuki" soba, but the price of 820 yen seemed a bit high, so I opted for the "kashiwa soba" which was the same price. The soba noodles were thin and not too firm, but the chicken topping was cheap and lacked flavor. The soup was initially sweet but then became salty, with only one type of spice available for added flavor. Overall, the experience was okay considering the price, but I wouldn't recommend it for those looking for a more flavorful and satisfying meal.

I ended up eating a set of katsudon and soba... My triglycerides are high so I shouldn't really be eating this, but the katsudon here is incredibly delicious for me. The portion is also large, so I can eat it with peace of mind without getting the extra large size. I think it has a value that exceeds the price, with solid craftsmanship and taste.

I had lunch at Fukuzumi in Tobu Hanno store. I don't remember going there much before even though I come to Tobu often. I was in the mood for tempura that day (whenever I come to a soba restaurant, I almost always feel like having tempura), so I ordered a tempura bowl. There was an option to have it as a set with soba, but I heard that the tempura portion would be smaller, so I went with just the tempura bowl! The tempura bowl had a good amount of food, the tempura coating was thick and crunchy, giving a strong oil flavor. The slightly sweet, rich soy sauce used as a dipping sauce added a nice touch! Phew, I ate and ate! I'm completely satisfied and full now. Thank you for the meal!

Setagaya-cho is a long-established soba restaurant with its main store. Today, I felt like having a rice dish, so I ordered the mini katsudon set with soba. Surprisingly, it was quite satisfying and filling.

On a cold day with lots of snow, starting the morning with changing tires and such, I warmed up my body and soul with a hearty bowl of shrimp tempura soba noodles.

I forgot to take a photo. The portion is too much and expensive. Please reduce the quantity and make it cheaper! The meat in the pork cutlet curry is thin and has a lot of fatty parts. I hope you can improve that. The curry flavor is delicious and addictive. For the curry soba, please reduce the portion by 20% and also reduce the price by 20%! I am a big eater compared to the average man, and I can't finish all the food. The second half becomes a task of stuffing it into my stomach. Please balance the quantity and price! The taste is delicious!!

I started with the pork cutlet, which was hot and tough on my tongue. I began with the salad. The pork cutlet had some fatty parts but was delicious. The portion was so big that I had to eat quickly. I ended up feeling full. The restaurant is open all day, making it convenient for when you're really hungry.

Finally, my first time at "Fukuzumi"... well, not really a cause for celebration. The restaurant has a spacious and calm atmosphere. The menu has a wide variety of options, but the prices are generally on the higher side. I ordered the "Hiyashi Tanuki Soba" for 750 yen. It came with a considerable amount of soba noodles, about one and a half times more than usual. The soba noodles were white and thin, resembling a more refined type of soba. The flavor of the soba was not very strong, but it had a good texture and a smooth finish. The dish was topped with seaweed, green onions, tempura flakes, cucumber, nori seaweed, and wasabi. The dipping sauce was on the sweeter side. Despite the high prices, I still enjoyed the soba noodles. Thank you for the meal!
