When I visited before, I had eaten this but hadn't posted a photo, so this was a long-awaited revisit. The taste is a bit different from last time. It's not because the restaurant is cutting corners or focusing on profit, but because the taste of the milk changes depending on the season. I remember the last time it had a grassy smell, but now it has a smooth milky scent. My personal preference is for the grassy smell in spring, as it had a refreshing taste, but this milky scent with its elegant sweetness is also delicious. The Laurel Top Cone from Nissei has the distinctive flavors of almond and butter, and the softness that melts easily is a perfect match, and the crispy texture goes really well with the ice cream. Oh, it looks quite small in the photo. Well, the cone is spread out, so it's a decent size. Last time it was spring, and now it's summer. I'm already looking forward to what flavors it will have in autumn and winter. I will come back again. (September 2022) Adding another soft serve review. As September begins and autumn approaches, I had the opportunity to revisit and stopped by. The grassy smell is less prominent, but unlike the many soft serves made overly rich with heavy cream, this one allows you to taste the natural flavor of milk. With a refreshing taste, it serves as a quick reset when your mouth is overwhelmed with the spices of curry. I wonder if in autumn, as it gets colder and the cows eat stored grass, we will be able to enjoy a rich and distinctive flavor. Looking forward to it.
