On the way from Hakodate to Sapporo, during a quick stop for exploring around Lake Onuma and Mori Town, the third bakery visited was "Tirol no Mori." There was no parking space, so I quickly snapped a picture of the storefront. The bakery had a small selection of items, including baguettes, French bread, and other hard breads that caught my interest. I bought a "Petit Burger" for 130 yen, an "F Sausage" for 160 yen, and a "Sausage Danish" for 190 yen. I tried them in the car. The Petit Burger was small but well-made, with smooth minced meat, lettuce, and a slightly dry bun. The flavor was just right, not too strong. The F Sausage was a revelation, with a unique design and a spicy sausage wrapped in lean dough. It was crispy and delicious. The Sausage Danish was soft and had a mild mayo flavor, but the dough was a bit weak. Overall, I enjoyed the hard breads more than the softer ones. I might try other flavors next time. Thank you for the meal!

Upon entering Morimachi, I came across a bakery that caught my eye. I decided to go in and check it out. The small yet beautiful shop had many delicious looking breads on display. I was allowed to take photos of the breads as well. I bought the "Tirol Salt Bread" (100 yen), which was a crispy soft French bread style salt bread with a good buttery flavor. It was delicious! I also tried the "Petit Burger" (130 yen), which was a small burger with a 7cm diameter bun and a 5cm diameter patty. It was quite authentic! Lastly, I had the "French Toast" (160 yen), which was not too sweet and had a good butter and egg flavor. It was fluffy and tasty! There are still many more breads I want to try. I would definitely visit again when I'm in Morimachi. Thank you, "Tirol no Mori" bakery!

I bought a cinnamon roll and a rustic bread from the bakery across from Cake Dolman. The cinnamon roll didn't have much cinnamon flavor. The rustic bread was full of walnuts and still delicious the next day.

When I go to Hanae's Chinese restaurant, I often stop by Crepe House Clair de Lune Mori store. The shops are very small. The bread is small, with a small selection of Danish pastries and baked bread. I like maple-flavored Danish pastries and sweet bread. There's nothing particularly special about them, but they're just right for a snack. I don't see many hard bread options.

Located on a one-lane town road, with a parking space for one car between the store and the neighboring shop. The access by car seems to be not very convenient due to the distance from the intersection. 1. Salt Bread (¥130) - Small and soft, similar to a soft roll with a hint of salt. 2. Walnut Bread (¥150) - A rare hard type at this shop, with a relatively generous amount of walnuts. 3. Danish Pastry (¥460) - Shaped like a square loaf (≒9cm×9cm×27cm), moist and chewy with a sophisticated and gentle sweetness. 4. Honey Toast (¥250) - Half the size of the Danish Pastry. Honey thoroughly soaked in the hollow center. Delicious. A rival shop with a parking lot along the national highway 1km away has appeared. Hopefully, this shop can keep up the competition.

This area felt quite deserted and depopulated, but this store stood out with its English sign, creating a different atmosphere from the other shops. Inside the store, there was only one male staff member making bread while also serving customers. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Most of the bread was small in size and reasonably priced. The bacon epi caught my eye. I bought it and tried it at home, but it was quite disappointing. The pepper was strong and spicy, and the texture of the bread was not crispy as I had imagined. The crust of the bread is sold for 10 yen, so it is not free.
