The other day, when I went to the direction of Yubari, I stopped by this restaurant. I don't know the details, but it seems like it was relocated from somewhere else. I opened the door, took off my shoes, and entered. As soon as you enter, there are three counter seats on the left side and two sofa seats facing the window. You can see Mount Racey Ski Resort in front of the window. The lunch set menu is a great deal with a main dish, drink, and dessert set! But I already had curry earlier... so I ordered a la carte - "Homemade Cream Doria" (1200 yen) and "Shirasu and Negi Pizza" (1500 yen). The pizza arrived surprisingly quickly, in about 15 minutes! The pizza crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, topped with plenty of shirasu and negi. It was incredibly delicious! I wonder what makes it so tasty? I don't think any special seasonings were used, but the saltiness of the shirasu, the crunchiness and flavor of the negi, and the aroma and sweetness of the pizza crust were all so delicious! I shared it with my companion (laughs). The piping hot Doria was also brought out soon. Maybe because of the generous amount of cheese, it was a bit heavy, but a bit more creaminess would have made it even more delicious! The ingredients included broccoli, shrimp, and potatoes. The potatoes were moist and sweet! The shrimp was firm! The broccoli was tender. I should have also ordered pasta... The eggs used in the dessert are from "Mochitsumotaretsu"! The operation is done by a young and friendly couple. I definitely want to try a variety of dishes in a set next time! Thank you, "Sora"!

A small old house restaurant run by a couple, a chef with over 10 years of experience in Italian cuisine and a former hotel patissier, serving body-friendly dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients, organic, pesticide-free, and low-pesticide. Today, I ordered the hearty "Special Roast Beef Bowl". The roast beef bowl uses Hokkaido beef, topped with a soft-boiled egg, black soy sauce-based onion sauce, and white yogurt sauce. Both sauces were delicious on their own and mixed together. The homemade ice cream made with Hokkaido unadjusted milk and organic sugar was also very tasty. The deep-roasted coffee based on Colombia from the coffee brand "Yatra" of the curry shop "Shandinivars Cafe" in Nagano was also delicious. The location overlooking the Yubari Lace Ski Resort from the window was also pleasant.
