Katsumi Sushi Tempura Bowl Lunch with Salad 800 yen Mini Soba 300 yen Camp bath by Lake Akamari and lunch in Shibetsu On the way to shopping, we found a delicious tempura bowl at Katsumi Sushi in Shibetsu, across from the roadside station. The friendly owner and kind wife run the shop. We enjoyed the 8 kinds of tempura bowl in a private tatami room. The cold soba noodles were especially delicious on a hot day. So delicious! Very satisfied. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the shop and diagonally across the street.

I forgot to take a photo, but I ordered nigiri sushi, rolls, and side dishes. The seafood roll was filled with various ingredients and quite large, allowing me to enjoy a variety of flavors at once. The fried chicken side dish was well-seasoned throughout and had a generous portion size. The restaurant was spacious, bright, and clean. I went in the evening this time, but they also offer a lunch menu with affordable prices, so I'd like to try it during lunchtime next time.
