I visited Nagasawa Tofu Shop for the first time! I have only bought their tofu twice at A-Coop Shikaotsu. Since I was in Urimaku, Kagami, I decided to stop by and buy some. When I entered, there were two entrances - one for the office and one for the tofu workshop. A friendly woman greeted me and asked how she could help. I asked for one block of tofu. She showed me the large and small sizes, and I chose the small one for 150 yen. It seemed delicate when I took it out, but it actually had a firm texture with a slight sweetness. It melted smoothly in my mouth and tasted delicious with extra bonito flakes, soy sauce, and a hint of umami. I eat tofu every day, but this one reminded me how enjoyable it can be.
