Yesterday, I stopped by in the evening but they were sold out and closed. The next day, I came in the morning. They had a decent variety of bread, from hard to soft, all in cases. When I looked around, I saw bagels by the window. They had many types, and I tried the staff-recommended maple chocolate and walnut flavors. The garlic French bread wasn't too hard, more like a soft French bread for easy eating. It felt like it was made with the locals of Togeshi in mind. The bagels were chewy and delicious, but the maple was hardened and turned into a caramel-like texture, haha. Where's the chocolate though? Thank you for the meal.

I came to Toogari. I rarely come around here, so I decided to try out a shop I hadn't been to before. It's called YuriBREAD. I've been wanting to go there for a while. Finally made it. I arrived around 11:30. I was a bit worried about how much would be left at this time, but there were quite a few options available. They had a good selection of bagels too. As a fan of bagels, I couldn't leave without buying some. I also like hard bread, so I purchased a Peanut Cream French Bread for 180 yen and a Coffee Caramel Bagel for 180 yen.
- Peanut Cream French Bread: It was in the showcase. When I got home and held it, I was surprised by how heavy it was. I lightly toasted it before eating. The dough was soft and delicious. The peanut cream filling had little pieces in it and the sweetness was just right. It would probably be even better if I toasted it until it was crispy all the way through.
- Bagel (Coffee Caramel): I also toasted this before eating. It's labeled as a bagel, but it didn't have the chewy texture of a typical bagel. It might not really be like a bagel. Nonetheless, it was delicious. The coffee caramel was mixed into the dough. I accidentally bought two sweet breads this time, so next time I'll make sure to get something savory. I'll definitely go back again. Thank you for the meal!

"YuriBREAD" is located in Tohkari, not sure if it's named after a lily or cosmos, maybe it's just a name? I came to the Yamoka family's bakery alone, feeling like a bit of an oddball. There aren't many places to eat in Tohkari, but I found this bakery. I arrived early, but instead of waiting, I went to another store and ended up regretting it. It's a new and clean bakery, with individual service for each customer. I heard the words "curry bread" multiple times from inside. I decided on one type of bread and also got a basil and bacon French bread. The variety isn't huge, but overall it's a stylish bakery with reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and the bread is delicious. The basil and bacon bread was as expected - crispy on the outside and soft inside. The basil had a subtle olive flavor, and the bacon was tasty. The curry bread didn't have a strong curry flavor, but it was still enjoyable. As I continued eating, I realized that both breads were delicious."

I made a reservation because the business hours are short. I called the day before and chose some items. I also asked for recommendations and arrived excited. On Saturday at 3 o'clock, there was a sold out sign. Artisan (small) 120 yen, Bacon Epi French Bread 150 yen, Cheese French Bread 180 yen, Salt Bread 130 yen, Chocolate Croissant 230 yen, Double Cheese Bagel 180 yen. I planned to bake and eat them at home, but the Chocolate Croissant had chocolate on the outside as well. I was worried it would melt if I baked it, so I ate it in the car. It was so delicious. It's light, so you can eat it quickly (even though it's not light in calories). I enjoyed the other items over the next few days. The Cheese French Bread had a lot of cheese! It's rich. It's a great deal to use so much cheese. The Double Cheese Bagel was similar, and one is enough for breakfast. The Salt Bread is like a butter roll. I really liked the French bread dough, it's quite chewy. I will definitely visit again when I can!

Dark cherry is really delicious. I tried it for the first time here, and the sweetness of the custard cream and the sourness of the cherry matched perfectly. It was a perfect accompaniment to coffee. Rye bread almond croissant.

Togeshi. After eating soba, the next destination is a bakery. It is a shop located in a residential area a few minutes away by car. "YuriBREAD." We confirmed the business days properly before coming, but we arrived in the afternoon. Since this is a popular shop, we were thinking "there might not be much left..." but luckily there were quite a few options available. There are a variety of breads like hard bread, meal bread, pastries, bagels, scones, etc., so it's easy to get overwhelmed. The prices are reasonable. Ended up buying so much that it couldn't fit on the tray at the register. (*´∀`) The breads I chose: Bacon Epi for 160 yen, Three Cheese French Bread for 180 yen, and Double Cheese Bagel for 180 yen. We lightly baked each one in the oven before eating. The French bread has a nice wheat aroma. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The smoky flavor of the Bacon Epi is great! You can tell they use good quality bacon. The bagel had cheese kneaded into the chewy dough. Togeshi now has a delicious bakery. The female owner here was very kind and explained the bread to us. She even taught us how to store them, but we ended up eating them right away. (laughs) We'll definitely visit again. (^o^)/

It had been a while since I had the time to visit during the week, so I decided to go just before opening. I got permission from the owner to take photos of the bread inside the store.

The store that had been closed for a year due to the owner's maternity leave has reopened! I bought a cream-filled bread and it was delicious, moist, and very tasty.

On the first day of the long weekend, I arrived at the shop around 10:30 AM. For about 30 minutes after opening, there were hardly any customers coming in. The small shop quickly filled up... I tried the Blueberry & Cream Cheese Bagel for 220 yen, Anpanman bread for 150 yen, and Melon Pan for 140 yen. When you come to Yuribread, the bagel is a must-try. The chewy texture of the dough is delicious on its own, but when you lightly toast it in the oven at home, the surface becomes crispy and fragrant, while the inside remains chewy and even more delicious. Unfortunately, they were not selling cream buns today because they were burnt. Let's look forward to the next opportunity. Thank you for the meal.

Stollen for 800 yen! I used to eat a lot of it when it was popular, but I haven't had it in a long time. This year, I heard that Yuribread was baking stollen, so I jumped at the chance. It's packed with nuts and dried fruits, delicious, and my 3-year-old daughter also likes it and eats it little by little.

A bakery opened in a residential area of Toogaru Town. It is said to have relocated from Nayoro and opened on April 24th. The store opens at 10:30, so I went 5 minutes early and there were already 2 cars parked. About 4 more people were walking towards the store. I was lucky to be at the front of the line, but quickly there were about 10 people in line. The store is small, with room for about 4 people inside. Basically, you pick the bread from the case. Baguettes, walnut raisin bread, and other hard bread are the main items. They also have bagels and melon bread. I bought the Artisan (French bread), Bacon Epi, Rye Walnut Raisin, Cheese French, and Bacon Cheese. I read in the "Yuri Pan Communication" at the store that baguettes are delicious with olive oil, black pepper, and salt. I tried it at home and it was amazing! I couldn't resist and ate the warm walnut raisin bread on the spot. The raisins had a strong taste of alcohol. The aroma of the rye and the crispness of the crust were irresistible. I'll save the rest of the bread for tomorrow's breakfast. Locals say it's very popular and sells out around noon. I wish we had a place like this in Mombetsu.

A bakery that relocated from Nayoro and reopened. The chewy texture of the bagels and the unusual English muffins were delicious. The female owner bakes everything herself, so once they sell out, that's it. It's best to go right after they open. They also offer bread-making classes, and it's okay to bring children along.
