The location is facing a one-lane town road on the map, with parking spaces for 10 cars on the premises. Access by car is good. I had the eel rice box served on certain days at the main building (Yamato Ryokan). The cooking time is unknown due to advance reservation. According to the website, it is made with domestic live eel. The box is a two-tier separate type, with the main statue placed on the top tier. It is quite large in size from three directions. The cooking method is firmly grilled, with a crispy skin and tender meat. There are a few small bones, no odor, and the fat has been removed sufficiently. The sauce... very spicy. The salt concentration is probably at its highest level. It might be a bit strong for those with high blood pressure. The amount of rice is standard, cooked just right. The sauce soaks in perfectly. It comes with two small side dishes, pickles, and liver soup.
