Around Satsueki, after 1 pm, I decided to have lunch at a restaurant that caught my eye as I entered the main building, Kedasshu, on the basement floor. It seemed like a restaurant name I had seen on "Tabelog," but I had no prior information before entering. Inside, there were 8 counter seats, one 6-seat table, two 4-seat tables, and one 2-seat table in a clean and tidy interior. On the walls were several pieces of art with price tags of several thousand yen each. The lunch menu offered only one option, "Wonton Noodles @800." A refined lady brought me water and asked if I wanted a regular portion, to which I agreed. The menu only had options for a regular or large portion, which felt a bit bland and empty. A small mortar with Sichuan pepper, a pestle, and a small wooden spoon were placed on the table, along with the water and a wet towel. It was a nice touch to see non-disposable wet towels, which added to the high level of hospitality. On the table were a white pepper mill and paper napkins. The food was served in a trendy, upside-down cone-shaped white utensil commonly seen in stylish ramen shops. The dish consisted of wontons, bamboo shoots, seaweed, and meringue. The soup, made with Hokkaido kelp, vegetables, and spices, had a gentle and soothing flavor that permeated the body. The noodles were thin and chewy, with a good texture and excellent interaction with the soup. The wontons were small but plentiful, with a smooth and satisfying texture. At the bottom of the bowl, there was a shiny raw egg yolk, which tasted good but seemed out of place with this dish. The white meringue lacked flavor and did not add much to the dish. I tried adding Sichuan pepper for flavor, which enhanced the aroma and paired well with the soup. However, I personally preferred using the white pepper on the table. Towards the end of the meal, I was served a cold jasmine tea as a complimentary service. Looking at the blackboard with the evening menu, which seemed to be a mix of French and Italian cuisines, I thought about trying that next time. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I was finally able to go for lunch after the restaurant moved. The clear soup with wonton noodles was delicious. The wontons were smooth, and they went well with the soup and thin noodles. Everyone around me ordered the large size, so I had high expectations for the portion size, but it exceeded my expectations. When I added a little bit of Sichuan pepper that was served halfway through, it added a nice flavor.

Kedashu is an Italian restaurant rumored to serve delicious wonton noodles. Located near the office, I had to check it out. The restaurant is not exactly hidden, but being in the basement, I had passed by it many times without noticing. The interior is spacious with a bar counter, making it suitable for a date night. The lunch menu offers only one option - wonton noodle soup, which was of high quality and satisfying. Surprisingly, I couldn't tell it was made by an Italian chef, so I even asked if they were subletting the space. The soup, noodles, and wontons were all made with high-quality ingredients, making me think they could easily specialize in this cuisine. In the evening, the restaurant transforms into an Italian eatery with a menu that looks equally delicious. With such great taste and creativity, it's inevitable that you'd want to visit. #lunch #Sapporo #Hokkaido #gourmet #EnoLog

Today's "Solitary Gourmet". Located on the basement floor of the building next to sitatte. I've been curious about this place for a while, but I often end up going to sitatte or miredo. This was my first visit. I had the regular size Wonton noodles. It was served with the option to add Sichuan pepper, and the soup was delicious. After eating, my body felt warm. I also received a complimentary Jasmine tea as part of the lunch service. The staff's customer service was incredibly polite.

I visited this restaurant for lunch. There are not many ramen shops around my office that I haven't visited yet. This place is an Italian restaurant, but they serve ramen (noodles?) for lunch. - Wonton Noodles 900 yen First of all, I was surprised by the amount of wontons, there were about 10 of them! And they were well-made. You can taste the umami of the vegetables and meat. The soup is a gentle flavor of salt, vegetables, and kelp. The noodles are made from Hokkaido wheat, they are chewy thin noodles. I personally think that firmer noodles would be better for this soup, but the noodles themselves are delicious. You can add some flavor with Sichuan pepper, but this might be a matter of personal preference. It didn't go well with the gentle soup, so I didn't need it. They also serve jasmine tea as a service. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal! (^o^)

Lunch is a must-have wonton noodle soup. The wonton noodle soup is delicious and has a gentle flavor that makes you want to come back for more. I heard they also serve omurice for dinner. However, omurice just feels more like a lunch dish to me, so I usually only evaluate it based on that. I won't give a rating for the wonton noodle soup, but it had a delicious and subtle flavor.

On a certain weekday, I had lunch at a ramen noodle soup specialty shop located in the basement of a building at North 2nd Street West 3rd Street. The shop, which turns into a stylish bar at night, had a spacious interior with a long counter on both sides and a selection of tempting alcoholic beverages displayed behind it. There were also a few table seats available. Cool jazz music was playing in the background. For lunch that day, I decided to go with the "Cloudy Noodle Soup (800 yen)" option, which was the only item on the menu. The noodles were thin, yellow, and curly, offering a chewy texture. The clear soup poured generously over the noodles had a delightful Japanese flavor profile, with a surprising emphasis on vegetable broth. It seemed to be simmered with kelp and spices, resulting in a unique taste compared to the typical Chinese-style noodle soups with wontons. I sprinkled some ground Sichuan pepper provided on the side towards the end to add a bit of spice and numbness to the dish. The main attraction, the cloudy dumplings, were plentiful and intentionally had a higher ratio of skin to filling, which I found to be quite satisfying. Additionally, there were toppings like white sesame seeds, bamboo shoots, seaweed, and a fluffy white substance that melted instantly in the mouth, providing a subtle umami and salty flavor. I finished the meal with a glass of jasmine tea, which was very easy to drink. Overall, I really enjoyed the gentle and comforting flavors of the cloudy noodle soup. Thank you for the meal.

I had wonton noodles for lunch! They only open on weekdays for lunch, so I made sure to visit on my day off. The clear soup and thin noodles were delicious and chewy. I really enjoyed it! The soup was light but the wontons were flavorful, creating a perfect balance. Even though the portion wasn't large, I finished it quickly. There were about 7 wontons, and they were smooth and tasty! I feel like the quality exceeded the price of 800 yen. It was a lovely space overall! They will also start serving dinner from October, so I would love to visit again.

I've been slacking off on writing reviews for about a month, so I'll be posting them all at once starting today. There is a restaurant tucked away on the B1F of the main building that serves as a trattoria at night with course meals, and during weekdays for lunch, they offer a specialty wonton soup soba dish. The owners, a couple, are very kind and accommodating, and the majority of the customers are regulars. The soba dish can be served in a large portion for an extra fee, but I opted for the regular size this time. The noodles were made of 100% Yumechakra flour, thin and curly, typical of Sapporo style, and they paired well with the flavorful and light soup, which resembled a ramen broth. The wontons were juicy and delicious with thin skin, and the menma was quite tender. There was also seaweed at the bottom of the bowl, which added a nice touch. The price was reasonable, around 850 yen if I remember correctly, and they even served jasmine tea after the meal. The only mistake I made was with the amount of ground sansho pepper provided for flavoring, as they gave quite a lot, so be careful with the portion. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I think this place deserves more recognition. Thank you for the delicious meal.

It was a sudden hospitalization, but it turned out to be a sudden discharge. The hospitalization was supposed to be short-term, around one month, but I was discharged after about 20 days. The reason was that my condition was good and the hospital beds were getting busy due to reservations. The person in the same room as me was also discharged suddenly for the same reasons. I am gradually responding to comments on reviews as I monitor my condition. I am also slowly resuming comments on reviews from everyone. I have another hospitalization scheduled before the end of the year, but the timing is uncertain due to the COVID-19 situation. Thank you for your continued support. After returning home from the hospital, I immediately went to department stores like Mitsukoshi Sapporo. I was quite busy while in the hospital bed. (laughs) But I was quite tired, so I rested for a while after returning home. When I finally turned on my computer after three weeks, I had a mountain of emails. From Tabelog, I received notifications about deleting registered reviews and winning the Reviewer Award 2021 Bronze. I had given up on winning in 2020 due to being hospitalized for two full months. Winning for two consecutive years was a pleasant surprise. I am grateful for everyone's support. "Ke-Dash" is a place where you can have a simple "Wonton Men" for lunch and enjoy a stylish Italian restaurant for dinner. I had been curious about the lunch "Wonton Men" at this place for a while. Before the relocation, it was located in the Yamahana area, and I had tried dishes like "Omelette Rice" and "Pasta" for lunch. At that time, they didn't have "Wonton Men" on the menu. Before that, they had been in the basement of the Daido Life Building for about 25 years. During my hospitalization, one of my followers posted a review about the "Wonton Men" at this place, which made me curious. (laughs) I visited the new location with my usual companion for lunch, directly from our regular hospital visit. The restaurant is located in the JR Sapporo Station area in Sapporo's Chuo Ward, on the basement floor of a building with various dining options. Please check Tabelog for the exact location of the restaurant. We visited on a weekday around 11:30 AM. The interior of the restaurant has a strong sense of style and a pleasant atmosphere. There are table seats and counter seats available. There were no customers when we arrived, and only two customers came in later. We were seated at a spacious table. The menu only had "Wonton Men" and "Large Serving". Both my companion and I ordered the "Wonton Men". A mortar and pestle with "Sichuan peppercorns" was brought to the table, and we waited for our food. After about 6 minutes, our "Wonton Men" arrived. - Wonton Men Noodles: Made from Hokkaido wheat "Yumechikara", with a slightly curly and crunchy texture. Despite being thin noodles, they don't get soggy easily. Soup: A gentle yet flavorful soy sauce-based soup with a hint of Chinese flavor. The soup is hot and has just the right amount of salt. Ingredients: Plump bite-sized wontons with pork, chicken, and vegetables, about 5 or 6 pieces, along with menma and seaweed. Topped with a meringue-like foam. Price: 800 yen (tax included) The "Wonton Men" is a beautiful ramen with a clean soup base. It's a ramen that combines Chinese and Western elements. I started with it as is, then added pepper, grated Sichuan peppercorns, and finally enjoyed it with cold jasmine tea. Each variation was enjoyable, thanks to the good base. The combination of "Sichuan peppercorn-infused soup" and "cold jasmine tea" worked really well, refreshing the heat and numbness in the mouth. It was a dish that was completely out of reach during my hospitalization. (laughs) I would like to visit again for lunch next time. It was delicious, thank you.

During my first visit in November 2020, this was my 38th cup of ramen for the year. I used to work near Sapporo Station, right next to this building. Back then, on the second floor of our office building, the first "maid cafe" in Sapporo opened on the second floor of this building. It was a trend from Akihabara in Tokyo at the time. The building now houses a izakaya, but it holds nostalgic memories for me. I visited for lunch at an Italian restaurant that also serves ramen. I tried the "Wonton Noodles" for 800 yen (tax included). The clear soup had a unique blend of spices, quite different from traditional ramen. The noodles were slightly firm, despite being high in water content. The dish came with five delicious wontons, along with bamboo shoots, clams, and meringue for a stylish presentation. As I continued eating, I discovered some seaweed hidden at the bottom of the bowl. They also provided me with ground Sichuan pepper to add, which added a unique Chinese twist to the otherwise Italian-style dish. It was a fascinating and enjoyable experience, with a refreshing cup of jasmine tea served midway through the meal. Italian with a touch of Chinese influence, this ramen was truly unique and a delightful find after a long time.

I visited the Kedashu restaurant, which is located near Sitatte, and has a sign for Cloud Noodle Ramen. I tried their Cloud Noodle Soba (800 yen), which has a gentle flavor soup with chewy cloud noodles and chewy noodles made from Hokkaido wheat. The balance is excellent. The cloud noodles are filled with chicken, pork, and aromatic vegetables. The chewy texture is very pleasing. When you add ground Sansho pepper to the soup, it gives it an extra kick. The pleasant feeling of floating in the clouds is very nice. I spent a happy time muttering "delicious" with a smile. After eating, I was surprised to learn that Kedashu is actually an Italian restaurant that uses Hokkaido ingredients. Despite the surprise, I felt that they have pursued delicious food, which led to the completion of a satisfying bowl of cloud noodles. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal.

The bite-sized dumplings enveloping the flavors of chicken, pork, and grilled vegetables are truly "cloud-swallowing." The menu explains this. The gentle soup made with kelp and vegetables pairs wonderfully with the dumplings. It's Italian, surprisingly.

- Date: 2020/08/28/FRI #222 - Kedash @ Wonton Soup Soba ¥800 I've been wanting to visit this place for quite some time. My daytime reservation got canceled, so I went with my mistress number 3 to check it out. However, the map information on T-log was off, and I got lost for a while. Eventually, I found the place in a relatively large building facing a major street in the same block. It's located in the basement of the building, so without a sign, it's quite hard to find the place. Surprisingly, it's an Italian restaurant that usually operates at night... but during lunchtime, it's all about the Wonton Soup Soba!!! They are also following social distancing measures, and the service is very pleasant. They serve you a small mortar with Sichuan pepper on top, and you can grind it yourself and add it to your soup if you like. Boom! What a clean taste!!! The fluffy thing on top, is that meringue? Let's dig in. The soup has a strong Japanese broth flavor at first, but as you savor it, you can sense a refreshing taste with hints of some herbs or spices. The noodles are slightly thick and chewy with a good bite, perfectly complementing the soup. The wontons, one of their specialties, have a bouncy texture, and the right amount of ingredients, just the way I like it! The simple bamboo shoots also add a nice touch♪♩♬ As you add the ground Sichuan pepper halfway through, a unique numbing sensation along with a citrusy freshness spreads through the soup, making you start sweating slightly on your forehead. Unexpectedly, Wakame seaweed hidden at the bottom of the bowl emerges, providing a crispy texture and the umami and aroma of Wakame that were the initial "Japanese" flavors I sensed. And the highlight is the Jasmine tea served at the very end! With this hospitality and taste, if a bowl of ramen costs only 800 yen, it's definitely high-performance in my opinion. If someone says I just like wontons... well, maybe, but overall, it was a high-level experience. Thank you for the meal!

- Wonton Ramen, 800 yen This restaurant located in the basement of a building facing North 3rd Street offers "wonton" ramen during the day and Italian cuisine in the evening. The soup has a gentle sweetness from the vegetables, the thin curly noodles made from local wheat, and small wontons make for a beautiful bowl. The flavor is gentle and not too heavy, making it a good choice for lunch that won't weigh you down in the afternoon. The soup is delicious without any artificial seasoning, but the taste can be a bit monotonous, so they provide flower pepper as a nice accent to keep you interested until the end. I found the wontons a bit lacking in flavor at first, but there are plenty of them so you can enjoy the fluffy texture and satisfying taste. Thank you for the meal!

I finally got to visit a restaurant I've been wanting to go to. I had the wonton ramen and wandered around this area imagining the restaurant based on its name. Even though I followed the map, I couldn't find the building. I asked the parking attendant and it turned out to be in the building next door. I passed by it multiple times (laughs). The restaurant, Kinjishi, was located in the basement of a corner building. The exterior of the restaurant was a bright red color, reminiscent of China. The interior had a nighttime atmosphere, perfect for a fun night out. For lunch, they only served their signature Wonton Ramen. I ordered the Wonton for 800 yen. Before the wonton arrived, they brought a small mortar and pestle with Sichuan pepper, instructing me to crush it to release the aroma. I'm not a fan of numbing sensations, but I tried it anyway. The delicate and transparent soup arrived with a question - how many wontons are in there? Is there even noodles? The soup was gentle yet flavorful, with a nice balance of richness and lightness. The thin noodles paired well with the soup, and the wontons were small but packed with flavor. The trend of transparent and delicate soup in the Kanto region is truly delicious. I really enjoyed it! Sprinkling Sichuan pepper on top added a different dimension to the soup. The black pepper on the table also complemented the dish well. They also served jasmine tea as a complimentary service. What caught my eye was the "cloud" sitting on top of the dish. It looked like a white meringue, truly embodying the idea of "drinking the clouds" along with the wontons. It was an amazing presentation of wonton ramen. It was a delicious meal. Thank you for the meal.

I don't remember how I found out about this place in July 2020, but I remember bookmarking it. The noodle soup here is something I occasionally crave. When the craving hits, I search for the restaurant and end up in front of the building, realizing that I had been curious about this ramen while walking past before. It's a bit intimidating to go downstairs to the restaurant. The interior is stylish, with Chinese influences and a display of glasses. The menu offers only one choice - the noodle soup. They serve a mini mortar with Sichuan pepper first, which you have to grind yourself. One of the other customers is really going at it, like grinding sesame seeds for tonkatsu. The presentation of the dish is beautiful. It's been a while since I've had a meal like this. The wavy noodles in the clear broth are comforting. The simple toppings include 8 pieces of wontons, and there's a nice touch with the whipped egg white on top. As you eat, you might find some seaweed floating in the soup, adding a nice flavor. It reminds me of the seaweed soup you get at a Korean BBQ restaurant. If I'm in the area, I will definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful experience. The jasmine tea at the end was the perfect finish.

I went for lunch. Perhaps due to the impact of COVID-19, there were no other customers. I had the wonton noodles, which came as a single serving without any rice. I appreciated the sense of competition. The mild dashi broth made me feel like I could keep eating without getting tired. It came with Sichuan pepper salt as a condiment, more for enjoying the fragrance than seeking numbness. To sharpen the taste, pepper would be more suitable. Personally, I would have liked some rice, but I would like to visit again.

The meeting was over and I was aiming for lunch. Where should I go...? At that moment, I was drawn to the signboard with letters. I went down the stairs and a striking bright red door appeared. I sat at the stylish counter of the R-shaped shop and ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup for 850 yen. This is the only item for lunch. Simple! First, they brought out the Sichuan pepper. Apparently, you're supposed to grind it according to your preference. And then, I saw the Wonton noodles for the first time in a while. The soup was refreshing, the noodles were thin which I like. The Wontons were nice and chewy. Now, after eating a bit, I tried adding the Sichuan pepper. Hmm, I prefer it without! Well, I think anything with Sichuan pepper is not my thing, even though it's trendy. I think just the Tanmen is enough, but that's just my opinion!

However, the strange heat continued out of season. Time also visits unexpectedly, with sudden changes. It was lunchtime and everywhere was crowded. It was inconvenient in its own way. Then, I came across a sign that I couldn't understand at first glance. Out of curiosity, I went in and found myself in a stylish Italian restaurant. The lunch menu had only one option: "Wonton Noodles." The lack of choice was like an ideal fantasy for old communists. I indulged in that pleasure. The Wonton Noodles arrived, looking beautiful and elegant. The meringue floating in the soup looked like white clouds, with the wontons floating like clouds as well. The taste was gentler than it looked, and I enjoyed the tension of sprinkling Sichuan pepper on top. The golden curly noodles, gently steaming, seemed like a small portion but actually had a satisfying amount. It would have been even more delicious with alcohol. Then, a jasmine tea in a wine glass was served as a bonus. It looked like white wine. The jasmine tea seemed to be smiling at my sweaty, overheated body.

I started working near Satsueki in the morning of August 2019. During my lunch break, I dashed to Keda and arrived for the first time at 12:00 on Friday. I sat at a table with two people in the back who had their mouths open, ordered wonton, and it arrived in about 5 minutes. It was a clean and neat style. I ate it quickly without even adding Sichuan pepper. I finished with jasmine tea to refresh myself. I stayed for about 20 minutes. Thank you for the meal!
