The shutter was half open, and there was a sign saying "Out for a while." Who were they talking to? I had planned to visit four places last night, but the rain made me give up after three. When I got back to the hotel to write my notes, I realized I had missed a restaurant that I had visited yesterday. It's like a trap of the Holy method. It's not that the Holy method is bad. I had breakfast and was about to read the newspaper in the lobby when I saw curry retort pouches on the shelf. I accidentally knocked one over and ended up buying it, only to realize later that it was soup curry. I got it as a souvenir for my wife, costing 810 yen. It's not a bad price for a retort pouch, but it lacks depth. At first, my wife said it was delicious, but when she tried it, she started saying things like "This pumpkin is delicious," "This yam is delicious," "This carrot is delicious," all things she added herself. It's quite spicy, and my wife said, "The spiciness is not bad," but she didn't like the taste of the lamb in it. I think the lamb adds a nice touch. Despite the high price, it was definitely a delicious soup curry. If you ask me, it's really good.

Suffolk is a company that originated from a movement to utilize Suffolk sheep, which were undervalued as livestock. They now have a facility along Route 40 with a hands-on hall. Suffolk sheep, with black faces and legs, were once considered unprofitable, but through the use of their meat, wool, and manure, their meat is now ranked as a high-end lamb. This was created by the people of Shibetsu City. The hands-on hall sells local products and knits related to Suffolk. Some Suffolk-related items include lamb loin Genghis Khan, Suffolk ramen, and products made with locally grown blueberries and tomatoes. Additionally, they produce beet oligosaccharides and sugar beet oligosaccharides due to the availability of beets. One of their products, Ten Cider, is made with water from the Tenshio River. I recently had Suffolk sheep meat at a ranch, so I bought this as a souvenir. It has a unique sweetness due to the beets, truly an oligosaccharide.
