The Black Honey Sweet Potato Ice Cream consists of vanilla ice cream, cut sweet potatoes of the Beniharuka variety, and parts of the sweet potatoes except for the skin. The sweet potatoes had a moist and sticky texture with a sweetness that oozes out, and when eaten with the vanilla ice cream drizzled with black honey, the richness and sweetness of the ice cream combined well with the savory sweetness of the black honey, making it delicious.
