I passed by the main store of Hayakawa Coffee, a tenant in the supermarket that I have always used, so I decided to stop by. This month's special sale, "Colombia," 100g for 200 yen including tax?! I was surprised by how cheap it was! Inside the store, they sell coffee-related items, retort curry, bulk mayonnaise, ketchup, and various types of tea. When I asked, I found out that they used to sell beans to businesses like cafes in the past, and they still maintain those connections. When I ordered the special Colombia 200g, they measured and packed it in 100g bags. It's nice that they take care to ensure the aroma and flavor do not deteriorate. This shop, which was introduced in a certain magazine, is actually quite close, so I visited the headquarters where they roast coffee beans for the first time. I arrived at the shop front using the map on Tabelog, parked my car in the parking lot next to the shop, and entered the shop. The shop is filled with a nice aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans. I looked at the products in the shop, and there were reasonably priced coffees on the shelves, as well as some teas. I told the staff my preference and purchased the "European Blend" coffee that suited my taste this time. I then left the shop. Now, let's try it. It is slightly strong and roasted, so I can feel the fragrant aroma and a hint of bitterness, but it's not unpleasant to drink at all. This shop directly sources a large amount of coffee and roasts it in-house, so the biggest attraction is that you can purchase it at a very reasonable price.
