Second visit. First post. I made a same-day reservation and went. I ordered the 18th-anniversary premium course. The private room was clean and the food was quite good. Considering the atmosphere, location, and content, the cost performance seems to be quite good. Personally, I think it's delicious, but more suitable for entertaining or special occasions rather than focusing on the quality of the meat. Thank you for the meal!

Membership system, completely by reservation, phone number not disclosed, Yakiniku Kaiseki Kurotan's somen-style dish is impressive. Thinly sliced tan (tongue meat) is dipped in broth. You can choose two seasonal vegetables, and I chose white asparagus and Shishito pepper. The tail soup with Gold Rush was exquisite. After finishing my hair removal treatment, I was feeling hungry so I decided to eat a hearty meal. The interior of the restaurant was incredibly stylish and I was escorted to a private room. I ordered the lunch set for comparison and every dish was delicious, making me feel happy even on a weekday afternoon. It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. They were always checking if I needed more tea or rice, which added to my overall satisfaction. I look forward to coming back next time to try their drinks as well!

It was a great gathering with Hiraki and Hiroko, who seem to be a comedy duo. I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for a while, and thanks to Hiroki, I finally got the chance ✨ It was a wonderful evening meeting various people. Sitting on my left was the charismatic owner of Pipolo, @masaaki_piporo. Sitting next to him was a high-ranking member of the Takumi Group, @masashit_0325. I learned a lot about the meat and the history of the restaurant. In front of me was the always handsome Genchan, @shigen.n. I hope to dine with you again soon ☺️ Diagonally across from me was the somewhat intimidating owner of a yakiniku restaurant, @yakiniku_katsuragi_1959. The quality of the meat served at Hiroki's event was exceptional. The president and director of the restaurant, Mr. Seki, also made an appearance, making it a special evening. The aged harami was a highlight of the night. We enjoyed some sake as well, and I may have had a bit too much. I had visited other Tajimaya restaurants before, but I finally got a chance to visit this one. I was a bit nervous entering the store and pressing the secret code at the entrance, but the door opened safely! Each private room had its own beer server, allowing you to drink as much as you like whenever you want. The waitress also kindly explained about the wines. I ordered the Special Premium Kaiseki course for 16,500 yen, which included delicious uni (sea urchin), thickly sliced tongue, light grilled shabu-shabu, recommended wagyu beef of the day, sukiyaki with foam dipping sauce, and refreshing cold noodles for dessert. All the dishes were delicious, although I haven't listed them all here. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

Tajimaya's black-haired Wagyu steak. This day was a casual business dinner. We had a course yakiniku at Tajimaya's private room on the 5th floor of Ema. Despite being a yakiniku restaurant, it had a high-class cafe-like interior. We started with a toast with draft beer. The course included the following: - Rare steak (thigh) - Kimchi Namul - Salt-grilled (salted tongue, today's mixed grill) - Vegetables Tajimaya salad - Select black-haired Wagyu steak - Grilled with sauce, 3 types of black-haired Wagyu - Horumon, 2 types - Stone-grilled bibimbap All the meats were delicious, and the steak had a good amount of marbling. Sometimes, a yakiniku business dinner is also nice.

I visited the Umeda branch for the first time, and I had already been very satisfied with the Shinsaibashi branch on three occasions. Today, my wife and I decided to try the Umeda branch for lunch. The restaurant's appearance and atmosphere were wonderful, just like the Shinsaibashi branch, and the service was impressive. We were guided to a private room with seating for eight people, where we started our meal feeling relaxed and elegant. There were four lunch courses available, and I ordered the carefully selected course while my wife ordered the special course. After a short wait, we were presented with our dishes, which looked amazing. The marbling and lean meat were beautiful. We shared both courses and enjoyed all eight cuts of meat. Additionally, they had a beer server, and I was touched that they calculated the amount of beer served rather than by the number of glasses. As expected from the reviews, the food was incredibly delicious, and we had a great time. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back next time with our son and his wife. We look forward to continuing to be your customers. I am grateful for this encounter.

It has been a while since I visited Tamba-ya, and it is the perfect place for hospitality. The customer service, atmosphere of the restaurant, and taste of the food are all satisfying. Personally, the steak recommended by the proprietress while chatting was amazing. The premium rare beef steak, specialty uni-kun, and superb sanzaku-bara sushi were especially delicious. We enjoyed the Premium Shimo-yo beef feast, worth 16,000 yen.

I visited a members-only yakiniku restaurant after 6-7 years. I used to frequent this place a lot in the past. I was worried I might have been removed from the membership, but when I called to make a reservation after a long time, I found out I was still registered. It was a pleasant surprise. When I visited, I saw familiar faces among the staff, including the proprietress. I couldn't remember well, but the course meal seemed to have gotten even tastier. Most of all, I was amazed by how luxurious and fancy the private rooms had become. I was told they recently renovated. Looks like I'll have to start visiting this place more often again.

I love Tanbaya! This is where I feel the origin of my favorite restaurant. Even after 3 years, it was still the best! The food is incredibly delicious. The attention to detail is impeccable at this restaurant. From the staff to everything else, it's truly wonderful. I always look forward to going to the restroom. Haha! I visited the flagship store of Tamba-ya, famous for its sea urchin, after 10 years. The store is quietly located at the edge of the love hotel district in Toyosaki. When you enter the store by entering the PIN, it's a bit exciting. For naughty men who want to hear the girls' voices, this system is irresistible, haha. The interior of the store is dimly lit, so you don't have to worry about being seen too much, making it suitable for dates or entertaining clients. The course starts with the famous sea urchin dish. This time, the sea urchin was a bit bitter... The other dishes, such as the tongue sashimi, were impressive and truly outstanding. The aged meats were also delicious when eaten according to the recommended grilling time. The meal ended with the landlady's farewell.

On a regular evening, I was taken out for dinner. Before entering the restaurant, I had to enter a password. I was shown to a private room where there was a beer server on the table. I ordered a course meal for 13200 yen, and the food was so delicious that I ended up ordering more of various meats. It was my first time trying beef with a pedigree, and it was amazing. I had heard that high-quality meat with marbled fat content would be satisfying in small amounts, but I could eat as much of this beef as I wanted. The hostess had a wine sommelier, so she recommended a wine for me as well. It was delicious.

I enjoyed the "Spring Beef Course" for 13,200 yen! Personally, the moment I ate the "Grilled Momoniku with Miso Sauce," the elegant aroma of the meat left a lasting impression with its unforgettable umami flavor. In every dish, I could taste the sweetness and richness of the meat without any unpleasant flavors, providing an exquisite yakiniku experience! From the top-notch "Grilled Momoniku with Miso Sauce" to the "Kombu-wrapped Tongue," "Special Selected Rump," "Special Selected Ichibo Core," and "Sirloin Yakiniku," the meat dishes just kept coming. In addition to the famous "Uni-kun" and "Seared Gakko Tongue," the grilled vegetables (such as corn, asparagus, and shiitake) were beautifully presented, allowing me to enjoy the natural sweetness of the vegetables. Just a pinch of salt was enough to enhance the deliciousness.
