We visited the Toya Lake Tenseikan for lunch buffet to prepare for our hot spring treatment before the renewal opening on 4/28. The interior of the restaurant was playing soothing music by Bill Evans through BOSE speakers. The location was fantastic, and the staff were excellent in their service. The hot stone oven baked pizza, special miso curry, beef stew cooked with Inca awakening, and tender beef were all delicious! You could see the stone oven from your seat, and when the pizza was ready, everyone rushed to get a piece. I asked, "Can I take one slice, sir?" and the next person in line said, "You can have two if you want (^^)." Since there were no Asians around, it was a relaxing experience! (^^)v
