I think the locals were probably eagerly awaiting the arrival of Lawson. I am one of those people. I am happy that I can go buy Karaage-kun anytime, but I can't buy it all the time though. I enjoy checking out new products, so I look forward to going to see them. This time, I bought the "Japanese chestnut and pistachio macaron" and the "fresh dorayaki" that I wanted to try. But before I could comment on the taste, I noticed the poor efficiency of the staff. There were too many out-of-stock items, some areas were empty while others were overcrowded, and the ice cream case was messy with products just piled on top of each other. The staff seemed unaware of the available products, claiming they were out of stock when they were actually there. It's disappointing to see such issues when Lawson has come to town. Despite my love for their bread and desserts, I hope they can improve the situation.
