The shop seems to be open about 5 days a month, so it's almost like they're not open at all. You can check their Instagram for more details. They offer various types of bread and a few flavors of canelés. I purchased a regular canelé for 370 yen, a cranberry cheese roll for 300 yen, an azuki butter sandwich, and a salted bread (I forgot the price). The texture of the bread is fine and there is no dryness. The azuki butter sandwich melts when baked, so I ate it as it is. Despite that, it wasn't dry at all, which was nice. The cranberry cheese roll doesn't have much acidity. It has chunks of cranberries in it. However, it lacks uniqueness without cranberries or cream cheese inside. The canelé comes in various flavors like coffee and matcha. It gives a slightly expensive impression. Maybe that's how it is at a cake shop. It might be tough to compete on price with convenience store sweets. They seem to be particular about using no additives, so I hope this shop continues to do well.
