Last night, I was searching on Tabelog and saw that they had Mapo Eggplant on the menu, so I decided to try it out. I went to the restaurant around noon today, and upon arrival, I noticed that the conversation in the kitchen was in Chinese. The Mapo Eggplant was priced at 850 yen, but they also had a daily special of Stir-Fried Pork with Green Peppers for 650 yen. I decided to go with the daily special. The dish was prepared quickly and the Stir-Fried Pork with Green Peppers had a nice crispy texture from the green peppers. The flavor was really good, although the rice was a bit lacking. Overall, it was a satisfying meal and I would definitely consider revisiting this restaurant, especially for the daily specials.

I wanted to try Chinese-style ramen instead of Japanese ramen, so I visited and ordered Tianjin ramen, which had stir-fried tomatoes and eggs on top of the noodles. It was a ramen that you can't experience at Japanese ramen shops. It was delicious.

Today I was in the mood for Chinese food, so I visited Matsukawa Restaurant. The an-kake yakisoba had a mild flavor, while the Chinjao Rosu was more flavorful, but both were delicious. The best part was the fast service - perfect for a short lunch break. The portion size was also generous, and I left feeling satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

When placing your order, you may hear Chinese being spoken, but the owners understand Japanese taste preferences very well. It's truly an ideal Chinese restaurant for Japanese customers.

Today's lunch was at the Matsukawa River Hotel 24-ken branch. The lunch menu was quite attractive in terms of cost performance, but I ordered the pork shredded an kake fried rice today. I have eaten an kake fried rice at various restaurants before, but you can never go wrong with the combination of fried rice and sauce. Truly, Chinese cuisine! The dish was served in about 5 minutes after ordering! The appearance looked very appetizing as expected! The good scent of sesame oil stimulates the appetite. The fried rice is a simple mix of egg and vegetables. The pork shredded stir-fry sauce is very delicious. I was a little concerned that the rice in the fried rice was a bit soft, but the deliciousness of the sauce made up for it. The staff at the restaurant were speaking Chinese to each other, so they may be serving authentic Chinese cuisine, but for some reason, kimchi was included as a side dish. And surprisingly, it was quite tasty! I didn't notice it at first, but I felt quite full after finishing the meal. The portion size here is a bit generous. But it was delicious, so I am full and satisfied!

Is there a place called Kinu-like Condo? This building... has a few restaurants on the first floor and it caught my attention, so I decided to check it out. There seems to be a parking lot, so I will go and see. Each restaurant has its own designated parking spot... and today the one available is... next to the sushi restaurant and the Chinese restaurant. I followed the car from behind and ended up parking in the farthest spot, the Chinese restaurant's parking lot (^^;) I guess they got annoyed because I was taking too long to decide which spot to choose... I feel a little regretful (laughs). The inside of the restaurant is well-prepared for COVID-19 measures. I decided to order the mapo tofu set meal, which is priced at 650 yen... quite cheap, right? The staff at the restaurant are speaking Chinese... maybe I can expect authentic dishes? I'm looking forward to it (^^)/ After waiting for about 5 minutes, the dish was brought to me... so fast! (@_@) It looks and smells delicious. The pickles are kimchi... which makes me a little uneasy, maybe pickled radish would be better (^^;) Anyway... let's dig in! The soup has no taste at all (-_-;) Did they forget to season it? (laughs) The mapo tofu has a bit too much oil... it has some spiciness but no numbing sensation. The ground meat is coarse... the texture balance is not good. It might be better if it had a bit more flavor. The rice was a large portion, so I was able to get full (laughs) Thank you for the meal. If there's a next time, I'll try the fried chicken. *I didn't give a rating on Tabelog this time because they're working hard during this COVID-19 pandemic.

The mixed fried rice had ingredients like egg, carrots, and green onions mixed well with the rice, creating a moist and flavorful dish. The rice was slightly sticky but had a good texture for fried rice. The flavor balance was decent, and the portion size was satisfying. The pickles added a salty kick that complemented the fried rice well. The soup, although lukewarm, was enjoyable, especially with the addition of beaten egg. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

The service was also friendly and welcoming. [Content] On a Sunday afternoon, I tried to go to the neighboring restaurant "Oshokudokoro Pochi," but it was closed, so I ended up here... and it was the right choice! - Today's daily special: Stir-fried pork with green peppers for 600 yen. The green peppers were crunchy and well-cooked, making the dish delicious! The portion of rice was generous, providing a satisfying meal. The value for money was also good. The side dish, which I think was daikon radish, had a crunchy texture and was tasty. The only downside was that the soup was a bit too thin, but overall, I was satisfied! I came to a Chinese restaurant near the Yamada Denki in Nishi Ward. My second daughter refused to go there with the family before just by looking at the exterior! It seems she's not a fan of sketchy Chinese or Thai restaurants... haha. I parked the car in the parking lot next to the building and went inside, where there were a lot of lunch-goers enjoying their meals. It's quite popular because the portions are generous, and it seems like most of the customers are regulars. Without even looking at the menu, we placed our order. The dads wanted to have fried chicken, so everyone ordered the fried chicken set for 700 yen to speed things up! The food was served in about 10 minutes. The fried chicken here is not juicy, but rather crispy, with a magical powder sprinkled on top. When you eat it, it's all crispy, crispy, crispy! It can be bland if there's not enough powder, but it's well-seasoned, so it's delicious in its own way. It makes your mouth water, so the soup does a great job of refreshing your palate. Since I'm trying to reduce my rice intake, I added two-thirds of my rice to my subordinate's bowl. What a kind boss! haha. The mild-tasting fried chicken makes the namul and kakuteki side dishes go well with the rice. We indulged in fried chicken and left with full stomachs. Thank you for the meal! :)

I visited a Chinese restaurant in Sapporo called "Matsukawa Jiang Restaurant" located on the first floor of an apartment near the Nijuhachiken subway station. It's easier to find if you mention it's near YAMADA Denki. It's next to the "Oshokujidokoro Pochi" where I visited before. "Matsukawa Jiang" is a tributary of the Amur River, flowing through Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province in China. This restaurant claims to serve authentic Chinese cuisine, specifically Harbin cuisine. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed the daily specials on the whiteboard outside, including Chinese bowl, leek and liver stir-fry, mapo tofu, and chicken karaage. But what caught my attention was the "Vinegar Pickled Chinese Cabbage with Glass Noodles." I wondered if this could be part of Harbin cuisine. The interior of the restaurant had three tables and two sunken kotatsu tables. A group of plump women was enjoying their meal at the sunken table. Harbin cuisine is known for its generous portions, and it seemed like this restaurant followed suit. I ordered the "Vinegar Pickled Chinese Cabbage with Glass Noodles set meal." The meal came with rice and a generous amount of side dishes. The meal started with a delicious egg soup with seaweed. The stir-fried vegetable dish included shredded potatoes, a traditional Chinese dish. The main dish, the Vinegar Pickled Chinese Cabbage with Glass Noodles, was flavorful with a hint of acidity. The thick glass noodles were a delight to eat. The meal also came with a bowl of rice and pickles. The pickled Chinese cabbage was tasty, and the thick glass noodles were delicious. It was a pleasant surprise to try authentic Northeastern Chinese cuisine. I look forward to trying their hot pot dishes next time.

The menu is typical of a local Chinese restaurant, with a wide variety of dishes. I ordered the leek and liver stir-fry, which was delicious. Sapporo, where the first snow is about to fall, was cold all day today. On cold days, nothing beats a hot pot. This time, I had pork belly and tofu hot pot, and it was amazing.

This year's Golden Week holiday is up to 10 consecutive days, but the weather is cold and bad. On such a cold day, a hot pot meal is perfect. Today, I had pork, kimchi, and tofu hot pot, and it was delicious.

Today's highest temperature in Sapporo was -0.6°C, making it a truly cold day. On such a chilly day, I decided to have a hot pot dish, so I enjoyed a pork and pickled cabbage hot pot for dinner.

Good cost performance, generous portion, delicious Chingao. The menu said 600 yen, but was told 700 yen at the register. Still, it was delicious so I paid without question. I want to go back again.
