I visited during lunchtime. The Katsu Curry Nan Soba costs 920 yen (including tax). The tonkatsu was thicker than I expected, which was great! The portion size was also quite generous. There were a bit too many green onions. The soba noodles were thin, and the curry was moderately spicy. The service from the staff was average but good.

This is a soba restaurant in Toyosato, Hiroo-cho, Minamitokachi. It is located along the national highway with a parking lot right in front. The restaurant has a typical local soba shop appearance both outside and inside. Although it was past lunchtime, there were several customers inside (ordering pork bowl sets, tempura bowl sets, and curry sets). The signboard says "handmade soba" and the soba noodles are medium-thin, typical of a local soba shop, with a subtle color, flavor, and slightly sweet water draining. The dipping sauce is suitable for everyone, but a bit unbalanced or unique in a way that's hard to describe. The condiments include green onions, powdered wasabi, and the soba broth is made from the boiling water. They also serve udon with the same menu. The service is moderate. It was a satisfying meal. Customers in separate seats were tasting each other's dishes, and the pork bowl seemed to be a hit. Next time, I'll definitely try the pork bowl, sticking to the Tokachi style.
