Intrigued by a review from one of my followers, I decided to visit this restaurant for the first time. When I arrived at the restaurant following the map on Tabelog, I was surprised to see that it was just a regular house, but I could tell it was the restaurant from the sign on the road. Upon entering the restaurant, I found that the entrance was lined with shelves displaying products. I decided to purchase four types of baked goods and left the restaurant. Back at home, I tried the "Nikukyu Madeline" first, which had a gentle chocolate flavor. Next, I tried the "Gisuri Kurumi," a sweet baked good with a strong walnut aroma. Then, I had the "Kari Uma Coco," which had a crispy texture and a coconut flavor. Finally, I tried the "Yamitsuki Cheese," a slightly sweet cookie with a cheese flavor. Overall, the baked goods at this shop have a gentle sweetness and are suitable for children.

I found out about this hidden gem of a bakery from a local free paper and decided to pay a visit. It opened in May 2019 and is only open once a week on Tuesdays, which is a bit challenging, but it was definitely worth it! The cookies, madeleines, and chiffon cakes displayed at the entrance of the house all looked adorable and delicious. The names of the sweets are straightforward and easy to understand, like "Icing Cookies" and "Paw Madeleines", which is a plus point. They make great gifts for friends too. Every treat I tried was amazingly delicious. The use of Hokkaido wheat and butter in their products is commendable, and the prices starting at just 100 yen per bag are unbelievably cheap! I hope this place doesn't become too popular because it's too good to keep to myself. They also have a loyalty card, so I'll definitely be coming back for more. Thank you, "Kurosma"!
