The location is in front of Kita 24-jo Station, and the parking is at a paid parking lot in the back, but the cost-performance ratio was quite good. I entered the restaurant at 3:30 PM and decided that 3 servings would be too much, so I ordered the "Takaomori 2 servings" for 1210 yen. I'm not a fan of vinegar, so I tried it with 3 rotations of vinegar and 2 rotations of chili oil. It was a bit light, so I added another rotation of vinegar. In front of me, there were sesame seeds, garlic, and red pepper flakes, so I decided to add them as toppings. It got a bit messy when I mixed everything together, but it was delicious. When I mixed it, the egg topping ended up at the bottom, so the latter half had a very rich flavor, which was also delicious.

This is a ramen shop that stays open late, which is much appreciated for those working late. I couldn't resist stopping by on this day when I was feeling hungry. Although I had previously mentioned trying the "new Taka Mori" next time, I ended up choosing the regular Taka Mori on this visit. The main difference is whether it includes vegetables or not. My memory is a bit hazy, but I believe I also ordered extra noodles. The service here is quick, which is great for us busy folks. Following the instructions written in front of the counter, I mixed in vinegar and chili oil before digging in. It was delicious as always. The white negi (green onions) were a nice touch, and the egg added a creamy texture. I think skipping the vegetables was the right choice. I was feeling tired and drained on this day, but after eating this bowl, I felt a little more energized. Thank you so much.

It's delicious! Follow the restaurant's guide for the "delicious way to eat" and start by mixing it thoroughly! Mix and mix and mix some more! Once it's well mixed, take a bite, so tasty! Seriously delicious! Next, start customizing! Mix vinegar with chili oil! Seriously seriously delicious! It was around 10 PM, but there were many students and the restaurant was bustling! I also went for lunch later, and it was still full! It's a thriving restaurant! I enjoyed the oil soba with extra vegetables. Thank you for the meal!

Nice to meet you. I'm Ikku! Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am currently on a long business trip to Hokkaido, visiting various shops. I am using recommendations from locals and food ranking websites to find delicious meals. I usually go for a large portion of oil soba. The fact that the shop near the hotel is open late at night is highly appreciated!

Oil soba (regular or large serving): 680 yen. Since both regular and large servings are the same price, I chose the large serving. By the way, the double serving is 780 yen. The dish consists of noodles, 1 slice of chashu, a little seaweed, and 2-3 pieces of menma, topped with vinegar and chili oil. It's simple but has a consistently good taste that I crave occasionally. Other menu items that caught my attention are: - Negi (green onion) topping: 810 yen - Flavored back fat in a separate dish: 70 yen - Wakame mayo: 50 yen.

Today's pre-drinking party meal. It's been a while since I had oil noodles. I added extra vegetables. It's nice that you can get a large serving of noodles without extra charge! However, I have to hold back and get a regular serving since there's a party later. Oh man, this oil noodles here are delicious. I'm completely satisfied!

After work, I felt a bit hungry and wanted to eat something light. I didn't want something as heavy as ramen or soup curry, so I decided to come here. I knew there was a similar place in Hiragishi, but I chose this one today. Inside, it was a ticket system. I played it safe and ordered the oil soba. The staff asked if I wanted a regular or large size, so I chose regular. The oil soba was under 700 yen, which is great in this day and age. While waiting, I checked the instructions on how to eat it. It said to pour vinegar and chili oil, then mix well. It was ready in less than 10 minutes. It was simple, with chashu, menma, and nori. The noodles were thick. I poured vinegar, then chili oil, and mixed well before eating while it was still hot. Surprisingly, it wasn't too oily. The thick noodles were chewy. I added more chili and vinegar to suit my taste. It's nice that you can customize it to your liking. Even though I ordered a regular size, I think I could have eaten a large. I'd like to come back again.

After drinking, I was a little hungry on my way home, so I stopped by the oil soba specialty shop #Taoka Kitajujo store for some oil soba. It's a oil soba specialty shop located in front of the 24 station. The double serving costs 740 yen. The toppings are simple without much ingredients, but it tastes quite delicious when you add a bit of sweet sauce, vinegar, chili oil, and spicy seasoning while eating. The thick noodles are also quite appealing. I'll definitely go back when I feel like having oil soba again. #oilsoba #oilsobaspecialtyshop #ramen #rameninstagrammer #ramen #rameninstagrammer #ramennoodles

I visited the long-awaited 【24-jo shop】, which I had not been to in a while, for my favorite 【Taoka】さん! The interior is spacious compared to the Hiragishi shop, and the place is filled with a lively atmosphere. They have a student support plan that is very popular, and the food is delicious. My son also loves it, and when asked for the reason, he said, "I have a sensitive tongue and I can't eat ramen because the soup and noodles are too hot and it takes me a long time to eat, but with abura soba, it's not hot so it's good." I see, for those with sensitive tongues, how about trying it, Taoka-san? It's great for students to be able to eat a large serving for around 600 yen and feel full!

I have been coming to this restaurant many times since starting high school. Tomorrow is graduation, so I probably won't come here as often. That's why I splurged a little and ordered the special noodles. It had lots of toppings and was delicious. I want to come back here with this group again.

It's been a while, Taoka-san. I had a drink at 24-jo and wasn't fully satisfied, so I dropped by here. There are many solo female customers here, which makes me happy. I ordered the regular size oil soba for 620 yen. I mixed in the sesame and chili oil. It wasn't as impressive as the first time I tried it, but it's healthier without the broth. I enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal!

Was Taoka-san originally from Hiragishi? I don't have much opportunity to eat abura soba, and I don't have a refined palate to give a proper evaluation, but I am very happy that they offer free upsizing. I often take photos of ramen, so I had not gotten around to trying abura soba... but when I finally did, it was really delicious. Even though I usually eat a lot of ramen, I tend to sweat a lot, but abura soba seems to suit me well. Usually when I leave a ramen shop, I am sweating as much as someone who just finished a workout, but with abura soba, I don't sweat as much.

The noodles are voluminous, and the topping menu is also extensive. The noodles have been carefully considered and are the result of much thought. Without soup, the focus is on the direct experience of the "noodles." The medium-thick curly noodles are shiny when boiled, maintaining a good elasticity in the mouth while creating a chewy texture. The texture is also irresistible. Both visually and in terms of touch, these noodles do not disappoint and are a unique creation that cannot be experienced elsewhere.

Located across from the bus terminal in the Kita 24-jo area, this chain restaurant specializes in abura soba (oil noodles). My wife is a fan of their abura soba, so we decided to have dinner there. The restaurant has both counter and table seating, but it is not very spacious. First, you purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine. Since this place specializes in abura soba, the menu only offers abura soba, with various toppings available. This time, we ordered the default "Abura Soba (large serving) for 620 yen". The regular and large servings are priced the same. The dish was ready in about 7 minutes. Following the recommended way of eating, we topped the noodles with chili oil and vinegar, mixed well, and enjoyed. The chewy texture of the noodles combined with the slightly spicy sauce was delicious. Personally, I found that increasing the amount of chili oil rather than vinegar made it even tastier. With its generous portion and reasonable price, this place is recommended for those who love abura soba.

At the chain restaurant Novegetable Mori on Kita 24th Street, I ordered the large portion of oil soba with hot spring egg topping, as it was the same price as the regular portion. The amount of noodles was more than I expected. The eating instructions on the wall said to mix in vinegar and chili oil as directed. The noodles were coated with a thick layer of oil, making it quite heavy. The hot spring egg may have contributed to the heaviness. It felt a bit greasy and lacked a punch. I added garlic, ground sesame, and more vinegar to change the flavor, and managed to finish it somehow. Well, there are days like that...

Today, I went to a ramen shop that I've been curious about for a while. I had never tried oil ramen in a restaurant before, so I was excited. I added plenty of vinegar and garlic to my bowl. I love garlic, so it made me even more hungry. It was quite rich, but I enjoyed it until the end.

Today, I visited TAO-KA for the first time and tried their Abura Soba for the first time. I found the food ticket machine a bit difficult to use as I couldn't take my time to look at the menu. I ordered the Vegetable Abura Soba with extra noodles for 720 yen. It came with toppings like chopped seaweed, green onions, bamboo shoots, cabbage, bean sprouts, and chashu. I mixed in vinegar and chili oil, but it was a bit hard to mix. The flavor of the soy sauce-based sauce with vinegar and chili oil was delicious. I added garlic, spicy mustard, and sesame seeds from the condiments on the table for extra flavor and finished my meal. Thank you for the meal!

Today, I would like to introduce the "Taoka Kitajujo Store." I had never tried mixed soba in Hokkaido before, so I decided to visit this place during my commute. I ordered the "Cheese Mixed Soba, Large Size." Since the large size was free, and I hadn't eaten anything that morning, I decided to go for it! Some may wonder if it looks tasty from the photo - well, it's all piled up at the bottom, so you need to mix it up vigorously! The cheese is also at the bottom. The noodles are quite firm, like a bundle of pasta that has clumped together. As for the sauce, it didn't leave much of an impression - it seemed like something you could buy at a store. In terms of taste... honestly, it didn't seem much different from something I could make myself. Overall, it didn't leave a lasting impression beyond the novelty factor. I think there is room for improvement in the noodles and sauce, rather than just adding toppings like cheese or a soft-boiled egg. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future!

Visited this place often on my way back from drinking in 2018. I heard that oil soba is healthier than ramen, so my guilt is lessened. I follow the proper way to eat it and dig in. It looks messy because I mix it all up, so the visual of the photo isn't great. I took the picture before eating, right?

I had my first experience with abura soba. For some reason, I was nervous as I handed the food ticket to the lady at the counter, but she kindly recommended a warmer seat in the back. The wait for my order wasn't long, which was great because I was really hungry. The abura soba was surprisingly refreshing, maybe because of the vinegar. I ordered extra noodles and they disappeared quickly (laughs). It was delicious. I think next time I'll try the Shinataka Mori.
