I have been here a few times. It's the same as other Sukiya restaurants, but the staff here seem extremely busy with very few people. I decided to try the "Butadon" medium size (470 yen) this time, as I occasionally eat gyudon. I visited just before lunchtime at around 12 o'clock, and there were only 2 staff members. They were handling quite a few counter seats and box seats, as well as the drive-thru, which seemed quite harsh. They took my order right after I sat down, but when I received the Butadon, I was disappointed. The rice was sloppily served (at an angle), and the toppings were all piled on one side, making me think, "Hmm, this isn't great." The taste is the same at all Sukiya restaurants, but this meal felt more like "feed" than a proper meal. My stomach was full at least, but it cost 470 yen. There are even cheaper options like Hokaben out there. I really hope the top management of this chain considers this. The staff were working hard and looked very busy.
