The number I posted is for "A Co-op Aruru Nakashibetsu Store," but I would like to introduce a bakery that I recently discovered, "Nordic Pan." When I lived in Sapporo, even as a student, the prices were reasonable, but it seems that they have increased along with the consumption tax, making them similar to other bakeries. Before I knew it, I had purchased a lot and almost tried all the bread in the store. The sweet bean paste bread was not too sweet and easy to eat. The bread with eggs had creamy eggs and was delicious. The fried bread had a crispy outside and a chewy inside. The ingredients were not too strong in flavor, making them easy to eat, but I wished there were a bit more filling, as I always say. One disappointment was the "Queen Cream." It seemed too rich with butter, which was overpowering. It might have been delicious if baked, but as it was, it was too rich for my taste. I liked the "Lemon Pan" the most. Although I can no longer buy it for 108 yen, it was sufficiently delicious with a crispy surface and a fluffy inside. Each bread had different textures of chewy or fluffy dough, which I found interesting. The average rating was due to the absence of croissants, so I hope for improvement in the future. The shop is currently negotiating various things, such as the lack of space for bread baking machines and refrigerators for resting the dough. I hope they will do their best. Finally, the corrected phone number is now available. As I checked the new varieties while putting the Lemon Pan on the tray, I found two new ones: "Hijiki Pan" and "Yakisoba Dog." Unfortunately, my son ate the Yakisoba Dog before I could take a picture, so I only posted the Hijiki Pan. It had a rich flavor with plenty of ingredients and a chewy, fluffy bread dough. It was delicious.
