I thought this place wasn't here before, but it seems like it opened during Golden Week. It's a shop run by a seafood processing company in Shibetsu. They sell seafood buns, oyaki-like snacks, soft serve ice cream, and seafood products. I bought an oyaki shaped like a scallop. It was okay, nothing special.
