(Sorry, Mr. Kura monk! ^ ^) Makubetsu Town is famous as the town of Naumann elephants because Naumann elephant fossils have been found there. I stopped by Fukuhara, located next to the vast park. Inside, I found Yuzuki! It's easier to find Yuzuki in Tokachi than to find an elephant 😄 I bought something as a souvenir! I found a limited edition "Mame Daifuku" only available on weekends. Mame Daifuku 220 yen tax included. It has a slightly salty taste with sweet red bean paste. The mochi is super soft and fluffy! This was really delicious, with a nice contrast in textures from the red beans. It felt like drinking Daifuku, and it was seriously tasty 😄 Thank you for the meal! 🍡

When I gave fruits as a gift, I received some sweets from Yuzuki. They were "An Butter Sandwich" and "Basque Cheesecake". I had already purchased the An Butter Sandwich at the Odori main store in Obihiro when it was first released. Since it appeared in the morning drama "Natsuzora", the popularity of "An Butter Sandwich" has skyrocketed, and it was said that production couldn't keep up, so the sales were limited to a certain number per day. I wonder if you can buy it normally now? I'm not really good at that kind of thing though ^^; The Basque Cheesecake was a first for me. It seems like various manufacturers sell it as a Spanish Basque-style cheesecake. But this one has a complex taste and is delicious. It's quite substantial. The top is a little bitter with a golden brown color. The middle is creamy and the cheese is not too heavy. The bottom has a hint of caramel sauce, serving as a nice accent. But to be honest, I preferred the Daihiran from Rokkatei. Eating Daihiran endlessly is the dream of the Reiwa era... Thank you for the meal.

This is a store located in Super Fukuhara called Yagizuki. It has a decent-sized space and a wide variety of products, including cakes, Japanese sweets, and Western sweets. What's amazing about Yagizuki is that all their products are quite delicious. While their representative product "Sanpouroku" is delicious, my recommendation is a chocolate cake called "Bonne" with liquor inside. It doesn't taste strongly of alcohol, so even those who don't like alcohol can enjoy it. The cakes are not too sweet and have a light taste, which I personally really like. The prices are also very reasonable, which is a plus.

I received a gift from the president of a company in Tokachi. When it comes to Tokachi, I only know about Yuzuki or Rokkatei. It's a familiar assortment of Tokachi River products. I've heard about Harunanche's TV commercial, but it didn't have Harunanche in it, so I'm not sure what to choose. I can't take everything since we'll share it, so it's a dilemma. But I always end up choosing the same ones. I always go for this one first - I love the Financier with walnuts, pine nuts, and pumpkin seeds, it's a fragrant and moist butter Financier. I also love Mamanguranshe, and whenever I receive Tokachi River products, I always eat it. It's a butter cake with roasted almonds and a sugar coating. I restrained myself and only took this much, but the familiar Sanpuroku is taking the spotlight with Yuki Piri Hana (they had a commercial for this too). The Hyakudaimochi and Tokachi fruit jelly caught my eye. I wonder if it's a new product? I've never seen it before. They all look delicious. Thank you for the treat, Mr. President.
