I would like to introduce the delicious shabu-shabu at this restaurant, which I visited a few times with a friend's grandfather. We arrived at 5:30, and the place was almost full with reservations. We ordered enough for 5 people, with thinly sliced Mokurai pork and plenty of lettuce. My hungry friend and I finished all 5 servings. The meat was tender, with no unpleasant smell and a sweet taste to the fat. We also tried the grilled hormone after seeing it at another table, and it was delicious too! The restaurant is located in the basement opposite Ishikari City Hall, which some people may not know about. I recommend making a reservation before going. Our meal, including 5 servings of shabu-shabu, 2 servings of grilled hormone, 2 oolong teas, 1 draft beer, and 2 highballs, cost 8,780 yen. It was a great meal with such good food and value for money! Please try it out!
