Located about 1 minute from Sumikawa Station, on the way to Hiragishi High School. The sign outside says "sushi and tempura". Inside, a large TV plays a concert video of Mr. Children. The walls are covered with Mr. Children towels. It seems like a restaurant for Mr. Children fans. The sushi is similar in taste and price to conveyor belt sushi. The tempura tastes like homemade. Overall, it's a reasonably priced izakaya with decent food. It's popular among students and younger customers. A lively place for those who enjoy drinking.

On the final day of serving as a guide for a 2-night, 3-day trip to Sapporo in July, we changed things up and visited a place with a Missiles fan. We were greeted with a live DVD screening of Missiles' past works on a big screen, creating an atmosphere that any fan would want to experience. The drink and food menu names featured song titles and lyrics from their famous songs, adding to the excitement. The recommended food items are sashimi and tempura, with the mackerel sashimi being particularly good! The tempura was also cooked just right. While the sushi fell a bit short with loose rice, overall the restaurant was judged to be quite good as an izakaya without considering the concept. It's highly recommended for Missiles fans to gather their fan friends and have a great time together! With various elements that fans would love scattered throughout, conversations are sure to be lively. Afterwards, heading to karaoke for a Missiles-only session would be a classic plan (laughs). On the other hand, trying to engage the staff in Missiles talk didn't yield much reaction (it seems not everyone loves Missiles!), so going alone as a fan might be a bit...well, you get the idea.

I came to "Ame Nochi Hare" on the 1st floor of FARROOK Sumikawa 4-jo 1-chome for a Bon dance event. I drank Tarafuku at the dance venue and got cold, so I decided to drink in the restaurant with a time limit and all-you-can-drink option. Let's go! I arrived at 8:30 PM and saw several young customers, felt like I entered the wrong place haha. Anyway, I ordered yakitori (2 skewers) and a frankfurter as I hadn't eaten much. Here are the dishes I ordered:
- Appetizer: A big plate with 3 pieces of potato mochi and tomato stew.
- Octopus sashimi: I didn't eat any haha, but they also serve sushi so the quality seems decent.
- Garlic tempura: Made with local garlic, it's tasty but too spicy for me.
- Tempura assortment: Light and crispy tempura, different from the usual kind.
- Oil-drenched chicken: The sauce was not the best, but I enjoyed it.
The drink all-you-can menu was extensive, which is great for young people. However, some drinks were a bit questionable. The restaurant played music and videos of Mr. Children throughout, which was enjoyable for fans. It was a Mr. Children world, thanks for the meal!

First visit with a group of 10 people. We ordered the "Rain to Clear Course" with all-you-can-drink for 3000 yen. Since I wanted to drink beer (Classic), I had to pay an extra 300 yen (for everyone). However, since only 6 people ended up drinking beer, it felt like we wasted 300 yen for 4 people. But, we were able to use a coupon where one person was free for groups of 10 or more, so it balanced out. We made a reservation after checking on Tabelog and Hot Pepper. There were two options for hot pot and rice for the end, but we weren't asked about our preferences during the reservation or on the day, so we ended up with whatever was prepared. The course mentioned "All-you-can-eat edamame," but it didn't come out. We only realized it later. It would have been better if they had informed us about any changes in the course. There were plenty of sour cocktail options for the all-you-can-drink, but only one type of sake and shochu. I wish they also had non-alcoholic beer available. The food was decently tasty. It may not be the best choice for a sophisticated adult gathering, as the atmosphere wasn't very calming. Overall, the service felt lacking in genuine hospitality.

Mischievous izakaya? The specialty seems to be fried food. The cod milt tempura was 700 yen, while the classic draft beer was 500 yen. The tempura was thin and crispy, but it felt more like fried chicken than tempura. It's a good izakaya overall, but the quality of the cod itself was lacking. I'm sure there are better options at the restaurant. Let's believe that. I love Mr. Children.

I was at an event in Odori Park where I ordered tempura from Atachino. I waited a long time for it to arrive, but when it did, it was cold and not very tasty.
