This is a review of the breakfast buffet at the hotel where I stayed this time. The buffet was included in the hotel accommodation fee, so I have not included a rating in the price column. The hotel itself costs around 10,000 yen per night. For a free buffet, there was a decent variety of food. Some of the main items included white rice, miso soup, grilled salmon, chicken in tomato sauce, spinach and fried tofu salad, rolled omelette, simmered dried daikon radish, sausages, fried chicken, ginger-simmered Pacific saury, natto, and a salad bar where you can choose your favorite vegetables. The next day, I had a similar meal with no changes in the variety, except for the addition of a seafood dish (basically sashimi with salmon, a bit of salmon roe, and squid). Of course, wearing a mask and gloves is mandatory, so there is no misunderstanding. There were enough seats available, with tables for two and four people, some with acrylic dividers in the middle and some without, which made me wonder about the difference. In addition to food, there was a coffee server and a drink bar, where you could also get water and milk. There were also some small cakes for dessert. Overall, I was quite satisfied. As someone who enjoys eating mainly Japanese food at buffets, I was very happy. I couldn't help but overeat a bit, haha. I did wonder how someone who prefers Western food would feel about it. Anyway, thank you for the meal.
