It's a small izakaya run by a family. The staff are very friendly and we had a good time drinking. The dishes are not particularly unique, but everything is delicious and there are no disappointments. The izakaya is located along the road near Shibetsu Station where there are many other izakayas and snack bars. The entrance is narrow but easy to find with the sign outside. I visit Shibetsu often in the winter, so I definitely want to stop by at least once during my week-long stay.
