食太食太
Second stay. Stayed for breakfast again. Prepared my stomach for breakfast the next morning and went to bed excited for the morning. Breakfast time arrived and I headed to the restaurant eagerly! Noticed more fried food options this time - shrimp, squid rings, and more. A meat dish and sashimi were available, but the meat tofu was mostly meat. The sashimi was only bonito tataki this time, compared to two options last time. Still good though! The hot spring is a nice addition to this business hotel. However, the sashimi was better last time. Overall, satisfied with my stay at Hakodate Paco Hotel.
This was my first time staying at Hakodate Paco Hotel. I have stayed at Paco hotels in Kushiro, Obihiro, and Kitami before, and always enjoyed the delicious breakfast. I was looking forward to breakfast this time as well. Breakfast was served at the first-floor restaurant, Keirin. There were table seats, tatami seats with tables, and large shared tables for multiple people. It was not crowded as I visited early, and the buffet line was smooth. The variety and quality of the breakfast were excellent. Classic Hakodate dishes like squid sashimi, yellowtail sashimi, squid rings, and shrimp fry were available, along with grilled fish, rolled omelette, sauteed burdock, pork barbecue, pork curry, and more. The tofu and pickled vegetables were tasty, and the Matsumae pickles were delightful. Overall, a very satisfying breakfast buffet. Before breakfast, I enjoyed the neighboring hotel's hot spring, making my stay at Paco a great choice. If I have the chance to stay in Hakodate again, I will definitely choose Paco!
