This is a shop in Kunnebetsu, Hokuto City, a little away from the national highway, selling bread and other items. It is run by a social welfare corporation, so prices are generally affordable, and on certain days, they roll a dice for a discount. I got a 100 yen discount with the dice roll and bought a Wiener roll and a cream bread.

I went to eat ramen all the way to Hokum and stopped by here. They provide a place for people with disabilities to work and support them, it seems like they have been doing this for over 20 years. It looked like bread was being made in the back of the shop. There were delicious-looking breads lined up with a dark color. I chose a variety of them. The hazelnut chocolate bread with chocolate kneaded in it was fragrant and delicious. The raisin toast felt like a rusk. The chapsee had lots of dried fruits. The Sanck Forest Rustic had walnuts in it and was big with a satisfying texture. There was only one pudding left, but I shared it in half and enjoyed it.

I enjoyed some sweet treats with a gentle sweetness. I tried some baked goods and chiffon cakes. The variety of baked goods available changes daily. I tried a few different kinds, and they all had a homemade-like, mild sweetness. Despite being inexpensive, they were generous in portion size and delicious. Thank you for the meal!

This is a bakery located in Oshimakoronii. The place is called Kunnebetsu, and there may not be many people who go there to buy bread. They often sell their bread at the underground event at Biwahara Ito Yokado. Sometimes when I go there, they have events going on, and I buy bread there often. If you go on the last day in the evening, they will give you a discount. The chiffon cake is especially delicious. A whole cake costs only 600 yen! My favorite is the pumpkin flavor. The texture is fluffy and moist, not dry at all. The pumpkin flavor is rich, and there are even pumpkin seeds inside, making it delicious. They also have apple and orange flavors depending on the season. All of them have a strong and fluffy taste, so I highly recommend them. The custard pudding has a nostalgic taste, with a firmer texture that I personally like.

This is a casual bakery where you can easily drop by. I often buy their British bread, which is great for everyday use. The sesame seed British bread is also delicious. They have mini bread loaves that are very convenient for making sandwiches. They offer a wide variety of sweet bread, making it hard to choose. Among them, I recommend the nut and bean bread. The nuts and beans they use give a simple yet deep flavor. While their chiffon cake is famous as a souvenir, their bread is also a must-try.

On April 1, I visited the World Autism Awareness Day Art Exhibition before submitting my entry (referring to Osaka Osho Hakodate TEXAS store), and I walked around the exhibition and sale event. I happened to come across a booth here, and since I was planning to buy bread for breakfast, I purchased a loaf of square bread. I have bought bread from this place before when they had a booth at a different bazaar, and going even further back, over 20 years ago, I have eaten bread from a bakery at Oshima Colony in Hokuto City (at that time it was Kamiso Town). I had prepared stew the night before, so I decided to have the bread I bought for breakfast the next day. This time, I compared the taste of eating the bread as it is (raw) and as toast. Without adding anything, I felt that the bread was relatively light, probably because I have been accustomed to the richer taste of bread from places like Becky and King Beck. However, compared to the cheap supermarket bread that I usually buy, this bread definitely stands out with its wheat flavor. That's quite impressive. Also, because it's on the lighter side, toasting it brings out its true flavor. Lately, I have been trying out extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Himalayan salt, and when I tried it with this bread, the bread's mild yet robust flavor paired well with these condiments. It also goes well dipped in stew. It may be difficult to visit the store due to its location, but I heard that they participate in events like this, so I would like to stop by if I have the chance. Of course, I haven't given up on my ambition to visit the main store as well. I hope I have been able to help those who are active here.

I bought it at Agriheiya. There was a Hokuto 4H Club pumpkin pie, and it was made by Cookie House. The Hokuto 4H Club is a group of young farmers who aim to polish their hands, train their heads, cultivate their hearts, and promote health with four Hs. It also comes with a Zeus hockey. It seems that they are making sweets using what they have made. It's like a cookie-like pie that reminds me of a pie made with flour by a friend. It has a homemade feel, and it is very delicious. The pumpkin paste also has a salty taste and is not too sweet, making it delicious. I somehow really like it.
