This is a family-favorite yakiniku restaurant that we often visit. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, and the staff's uniforms are stylish like those of a Western restaurant. There are table seats, raised seating areas, and even couple seats in the back right corner. Whether with family or friends, the atmosphere is very pleasant. This time, we ordered the Kintaro salad, kimchi fried rice, salted hormone, thick-cut beef tongue steak, Iberico pork rib fingers, raw lamb, sagari, kalbi, and for dessert, black sesame soft serve. The restaurant's recommended dish is the salted hormone. Despite being hormone, it is actually beef stomach, prepared with care and grilled to perfection. When topped with a bit of wasabi and a touch of lemon juice, it is incredibly delicious. The precise cuts in the preparation make it easy to eat, and the texture is addictively crunchy. The Kintaro salad is also surprisingly generous in portion, and the dressing is so tasty that you'll finish it before even touching the meat. The thick-cut beef tongue steak has a satisfying chew, and all the other meats are delicious as well. The cold noodles, which we didn't order this time, are also tasty. The desserts are tempting, and I always end up ordering them. The black sesame soft serve is rich and delicious, but my favorite is the almond jelly. Whenever I crave that crunchy texture of the salted hormone, I will definitely come back! Thank you for the meal.
