Gran Chario-san. There are many cheap and delicious breads. I purchased ◆100% Fermented Butter Croissant (108 yen) but it wasn't made in a rolled shape so it wasn't really a croissant. It looked like it was rolled up from the front. I didn't notice because I picked it up with tongs. It was a butter roll! Disappointing! But the surface was crispy so it's okay (laughs). ◆Anko Croissant (108 yen) Crispy pie crust. Didn't really like the taste of the sweet bean paste. I always choose ones that look delicious so this is the result when I buy something new. Gran Chario-san, the ally of the common people. Today's was not good. Thank you for the meal♪

I came to Gran Chalio along Ishiyama Street in Arks. I was out and about and ended up having lunch before lunchtime ^_^ haha I stopped by for a snack, but I found a bakery and couldn't resist buying some pastries ^_^ There were mostly affordable items priced at 100 yen. Sausage croissant 108 yen tax included, Fried chicken burger 108 yen. I went back to my car and immediately tried them out. The fried chicken burger was simple but the buns were soft, the chicken had a good texture and was tender, and the taste was not bad at all! For just 100 yen? That was my reaction to this dish. The sausage croissant was also simple. At first, I wondered if it was really a croissant, but the texture was more like a croissant lacking butter. The sausage inside was long and crispy and juicy. It was pretty tasty! However, I wonder how they manage to cover their costs with these prices. Thank you for the meal! ^_^

When it gets hot, the symptoms of this designated rare disease worsen, and unfortunately, there is still no medication that suits me. If my reviews and comments suddenly stop, please assume that I have been hospitalized again, as in the past. Even if I take a break for the third time, I still want to return as a reviewer. Likes and comments may be delayed, but I plan to catch up after my return. [July 2020] This is my third review, so I'll keep it light. I visited "Super Arcs Yamabana Store." "Super Arcs" is a supermarket under the "Arcs Group," which is the largest supermarket chain in Hokkaido with an annual revenue exceeding 500 billion yen. They are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Inside the store, there is a bakery called "Bakery Granshario," a branch of "Sapporo Paris" from the "Yamazaki Baking" group. The "East Light Store," a "Super Arcs" store, operates under the name "Farine de Paris." This in-store bakery is operated by both directly managed and franchised stores under the "Super Arcs" brand. This "Super Arcs Yamabana Store" is probably operated as a franchise. On this day, most of the bread was sold for 108 yen each. The bread is placed on a paper tray instead of a regular tray, then put in a transparent vinyl bag for easy carrying, preventing the bread from getting crushed. I bought a few items. Pastrami Beef Basil Pizza Half Weight: 241g (after deducting the bag weight) Diameter: 26cm Base: Authentic pizza dough with plenty of toppings. Price: 270 yen (tax included) Wiener Roll Weight: 83g (after deducting the bag weight) Price: 108 yen (tax included) The "Pastrami Beef Basil Pizza Half" is surprisingly authentic for its reasonable price. The generous toppings are a plus. At only 270 yen including tax, it's of sufficient quality. It's quite impressive for the price. I wonder which pizza I'll try next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I'm alone in Sapporo and decided to have lunch at a restaurant I found called Arks. While I was looking for something interesting, I noticed Peko-chan welcoming me at a Fujiya store nearby. There was also a bakery in the back. I decided to check out the bakery, which turned out to be Gran Chario Yamahana Store. It seems to be related to LefBond. The unique thing about this bakery is that the bread is displayed without packaging but inside a case. You pick the bread and place it on a paper tray, which you then take to the cashier. I found this method quite appealing as it maintains cleanliness. I decided to try their baguette, which was only 108 yen. The crust was a bit soft, but the inside was chewy and enjoyable. My companion opted for a bruschetta made with the baguette, which turned out to be delicious. We paired our meal with a white wine from Portugal, which unfortunately didn't taste good to me. Overall, the bread was tasty, and we had a pleasant meal.

It is located within supermarkets such as Super Arcs and Big House. ▼Menu▼Mainly sells soft pastries and deli bread. ▼Food sampled▼▽Cream Pan 131 yen▽ (January 2018) A simple glove-shaped cream pan with a slightly larger size. The pastry is baked well. The custard cream inside is of a good sweetness and pairs well with the firm outer dough. ▽Wiener Delica 131 yen▽ (January 2018) A simple wiener bread without any wrapping, topped with mayonnaise and ketchup. A straightforward combination of wiener, bread, mayonnaise, and ketchup. ▼Impressions▼ (January 2018) This in-store bakery chain affiliated with Ralls supermarkets like Arcs and Big House offers a variety of simple soft bread. Most of the basic bread items are priced at 131 yen, except for a few. I visited this Yamahana store after having ramen nearby. The store is small and located within Ralls along Ishiyama Street. While the bread items I tried were simple, they were delicious in their own right. I couldn't help but wish for some signature bread items like those from Grand Charrio.

Salt bread, apple pie, and Disney butter croissant. The salt bread I had last time was tastier. The apple pie disappeared before I could try it last time, so I had a rematch. The crispy and tangy apple pie was delicious. The croissant, made with French fermented butter APO butter, had a rich aroma but also a slightly burnt smell. It was sweet like a pastry, not very crispy, and more fluffy. Overall rating 3.1, taste 3.1, service 3.2, atmosphere 3.0, value for money 3.3. Drink not rated. Location: 11-2-10 Minami 12 Jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, 1F Gran Shario Yamahana store. ☆☆☆ Next episode preview ☆☆☆ I think I will continue to buy at Gran Shario.

◆◆◆◆◆◆ 【Second Post】 ◆◆◆◆◆◆ 【May 2015】 Visited with my usual companion after a long time. On this day, most of the 131 yen bread was being sold for only 108 yen. The bread is placed on a paper tray instead of the usual tray. It is then put into a transparent plastic bag, so the bread doesn't get crushed. I placed several pieces of bread on the paper tray. ■ Bacon Potato A round bread with bacon, potato salad, mayonnaise, and broccoli. The ingredients are nicely placed on top. Price: 108 yen (including 8% consumption tax) Regular price: 131 yen (including 8% consumption tax) ■ Red Snow Crab Cream On top of the bread is red snow crab cream. I'm not sure about the red snow crab, but the crab cream tastes pretty good. Price: 108 yen (including 8% consumption tax) Regular price: 131 yen (including 8% consumption tax) ■ Chili Dog A long sausage, chili sauce, and mayonnaise inside the bread. The spicy chili sauce adds a nice kick to the flavor. Price: 108 yen (including 8% consumption tax) Regular price: 131 yen (including 8% consumption tax) ■ Cream Donut For details, refer to the previous review. Price: 108 yen (including 8% consumption tax) Regular price: 131 yen (including 8% consumption tax) Even if you buy four, it's only 432 yen. It's a wallet-friendly store. The taste is not bad for the price. It's quite good. This time, I bought them without trying the samples. It's nice that the bread can be carried home on a paper tray so it doesn't get crushed. I can feel the effort put into the store. ◆◆◆◆◆◆ 【First Post】 ◆◆◆◆◆◆ A reasonably priced bakery with lots of samples, making it very easy to buy. 【March 2012】 "Gran Chalio" is an affordable bakery located inside LALS Yamabana. This was my first visit. The store is located along Ishiyama Street in the Yamabana area of Chuo-ku, Sapporo. Please check the exact location of the store on Tabelog. I visited on a weekday afternoon. It's a relatively small bakery where they bake at the back of the store. There are plenty of samples. Right in front, there are five types of samples including anpan and donuts. Behind, there are three other types, and sample containers are placed all over the shelves. Just by trying them, I already felt quite full... (laughs) I happily tried the samples while browsing the store. They are quite delicious. I felt that there were many samples because they are confident in their price and taste. ■ Cream Pan A nostalgic taste of cream pan with a generous amount of cream. 85 yen until the end of March. ■ Cream Donut Oval-shaped and fluffy, with plenty of custard cream. It's like a larger version of Mister Donut's cream donut. 80 yen. This is particularly good value. ■ An Donut A round fried donut. It's a standard an donut, but it doesn't have that unpleasant greasiness. The dough is also firm. 80 yen. ■ Piroshki It has quite a lot of filling. The taste is ordinary, but the abundance of filling makes it delicious. 100 yen. I'm happy that this piroshki is priced at 100 yen. With so many samples, it's nice to be able to eat and choose. It's a reasonably priced bakery. There weren't many hard bread varieties. I aim to try all the samples on my next visit. I also want to make a purchase from the samples I tried. Thank you for the delicious meal.
