In June 2013, I visited the tofu shop for the second time and added some photos. Here are the items I tried:
1. Authentic Oboro Tofu - Made from soft Hokkaido soybeans and Okinawa-produced nigari. It was sweet and creamy, priced at 190 yen, and the taste has improved since my last visit.
2. Mentaiko - Priced at 160 yen, same as last time.
3. U-no-Hana - A tofu dish from the shop, with a gentle and delicious seasoning. It had a moist and elegant taste, priced at 200 yen.
4. Soft Serve Ice Cream - Made by Tommy Sudjata Company, with a strawberry flavor. It had a stable taste and was priced at 280 yen.
The "Authentic Oboro Tofu - Soft" had significantly improved in taste since my last visit. It was sweet, creamy, and almost like a dessert. My usual companion even said it was "like a dessert" and ate three-quarters of it. U-no-Hana had a refined and gentle seasoning that I enjoyed. I feel like I will be visiting more often in the future.

This tofu shop is located next to a factory, offering high-quality tofu at a reasonable price. The sound of flowing water can be heard inside the shop.
In December 2011, I visited this shop, which is a bit hard to find in the residential area of Yamahana, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. The reviews for this shop were only two, both from karudannji and katsuro, who are regular reviewers. In June, they left reviews, and in October, the owner of Atelier YOU, known for their 1-liter pudding, provided simple directions and a map to the shop. When I visited in November, there was a tofu flag outside the shop, making it easier to locate. Inside, as described by the owner of Atelier YOU, tofu was floating in a water tank with flowing water. I tried their soft serve ice cream for 280 yen, which was being sold at a discounted price of 180 yen due to the off-season. I also tried the following items:
1. Soft Oboro Tofu - Made with Okinawa-produced nigari, it was rich, creamy, and slightly sweet, priced at 190 yen.
2. Black Sesame Tofu - Made with Hokkaido soybeans, it had a sesame flavor different from regular sesame tofu, with a soft and delicate taste, priced at 350 yen.
3. Tokoroten - It had a clear texture and good chewiness, similar to a mid-range product between regular and high-end tokoroten, priced at 160 yen.
4. Cotton Tofu - Priced at 160 yen, it had a solid flavor compared to supermarket tofu, making it very easy to eat.
5. Soft Serve Ice Cream - Made by Tommy Sudjata, it had a variety of flavors and was delicious, priced at 280 yen. Overall, the tofu and other products were slightly more expensive than supermarket options but offered a good balance between high-end and general products. The pricing was convenient, and the food was delicious.
