The lunch menu is always light and easy to eat whenever you come. The tomato stew that was on the lunch menu was sold out, so it was replaced with something else. A bit disappointing. If you take your time eating, you'll get full. I was also interested in trying the Basque cheesecake from Sanzakura.

After about 15 minutes of waiting in the car parked in the parking lot, they came to call us. We were seated at a table right away, and I ordered the "Today's Lunch Plate for 1,320 yen" while my companion ordered the "Omelette Rice at the Diner for 1,430 yen." The "Lunch Plate" came with lotus root dumplings, fried taro, rolled omelette, vegetable salad, grated potato salad with asparagus, sautéed komatsuna and mushrooms, rice (I changed it to salmon and shiso mixed rice for an additional 220 yen, and you can also get seconds), miso soup, and pickles. Each dish was well-balanced, carefully prepared, and had a gentle and delicious taste that brought out the flavors of the ingredients. The "Omelette Rice" had a perfect combination of demi rice and fluffy egg, and it came with asparagus potato salad, vegetable salad, and miso soup. It was more like the deliciousness of a Western-style restaurant than a diner.

The sashimi on this day was "tuna", "salmon", "amberjack", and "halibut". All of them were thick and fresh sashimi. It's great to have sashimi of this quality served in a lunch set. The rolled omelette had just the right seasoning. The oyster simmered in soy sauce used oysters from Lake Saroma, and you could taste the flavor of the oysters without it being too strong. A restaurant run by a couple. Ordering seems like a hassle. I went there at night and it wasn't just my imagination. If you order, it will take time. Will you eat? I would like to, please. When I said that, they said they would confirm. Waited for about 2 minutes and in the end they said they couldn't make it. When I asked what they could make, they said they could make what was on the menu. Why not just make onigiri then? Can't recommend this place to anyone. I will never go there again.
