If you have returned to Hokkaido in winter, you must eat the seafood you want to eat before you leave, which is the white roe of true cod, "shirako"! I deliberately aimed for this time when there is likely no waiting time, as my hungry second son couldn't wait any longer. As expected, there was no waiting time, and we were seated in a booth. Alright, wife, kids, today let's splurge on high-quality sushi! Eat as much as you like! I started with a double order of true cod shirako! Tuna, shirasu, true squid, seared kelp-wrapped fish, and my favorite Nixon roll. How delicious it is~ Hokkaido, banzai! The creamy texture of true cod shirako is the king of winter flavors. Let's have some tamagoyaki too~ My second son, who wasn't interested at first, tried it when he saw me eating only true cod shirako. He was amazed by how delicious it was! He quickly ordered some gunkan sushi. My favorite Nixon roll is also tried by my second son. "Eel and cream cheese go really well together," he said. Isn't it true, isn't it true? By the way, my youngest son also loves Nixon rolls. Before we knew it, we had over 10 plates each, and the plates were colorful, unlike usual. The total bill for the four of us was over 12,000 yen. Maybe we went a bit overboard (´∀`) Nevertheless, we were very satisfied. The efforts of the company to improve, such as now accepting credit cards, can be seen in various aspects. This rotating sushi restaurant, which is so famous that it could be read as Triton, is a well-known shop originating from my hometown, Hokkaido. It was really delicious~ Thank you for the meal~
