- Visit on 9/18 -
Today, amidst the rainy weather, I visited with my four middle school classmates as usual. We played smoothly despite the on-and-off weather, but suddenly it poured down with rain on the 9th hole green. After finishing the putt, we returned to the clubhouse around 11 o'clock and decided to take a lunch break. We informed the staff and went up to the restaurant. We ordered three draft beers, two miso ramen, and two tonkatsu set meals! The dishes arrived in just 10 minutes. The ramen had simple toppings of chashu, seaweed, green onions, and spicy miso on the side. The seaweed was just the right amount, making it a welcome addition. The soup was smooth and easy to drink, with a mild flavor. The noodles were delicious and had a good texture. I dissolved the spicy miso halfway through to enjoy a change in flavor and finished the meal without stopping. I held the bowl in my right hand and drank the soup, then finished the bowl! I thought the quality of this restaurant was declining, but this time it was incredibly delicious.

Today, I visited again with my golf buddies. It wasn't too crowded, and the group in front of us had three players, so we were lucky. However, my companions were irritated by the slow play of the group ahead. I stayed quiet and drank canned beer while waiting. We managed to finish the game in just over 4 hours, and everyone was hungry, so we went straight to the restaurant. I ordered curry soba, and the other three ordered pork cutlet set meals. The dishes arrived in less than 10 minutes. The curry soba broth looked thin at first glance. The pork cutlet set meals came with four small fried cutlets, and the cabbage and potato salad on the same plate looked sparse. I didn't feel like taking a picture. I tried the broth, which had a good dashi flavor and a distinct curry taste, surprisingly delicious. However, the noodles were disappointing, lacking firmness and buckwheat flavor. I only took a few bites and ended up just drinking the broth and eating the toppings. After the main course, we headed straight to the dessert table for a variety of cakes. It seems like the quality of the restaurant is declining over the years.
- Visit after a long time on 2013.8/25 -
I visited here for the first time in a year after being invited by my golf buddies. We started at noon with a meal-included play (7,500 yen), so we went straight to the restaurant upon arrival. We ordered "cold kitsune soba" using meal tickets, which had about four choices. The dishes arrived in just over 10 minutes. The fried tofu looked salty with a half-cooked egg that caught my eye. The soba had a good texture even though it was machine-made. The finely chopped fried tofu was indeed salty, but when mixed with the half-cooked egg and soba, it was delicious. Everyone finished their meal in no time. After eating, we started playing in the rain, prepared to get wet. We were met with slow play from the group ahead, causing us to wait at every hole and have smoking breaks. My own water supply ran out by the halfway point. I understand that amateurs may not play well, but they should at least remember the basic etiquette before going out on the course.
