"YAMAMOTO" in Makubetsu town is interesting!! I was alone and the two restaurants I targeted were closed, with no information on Tabelog, so I thought I'd try running to the outskirts of town since I had come this far. But there was nothing there, so I decided to head back towards Sappunai. As I was heading back, I happened to see a funny sign saying "Ultimate Pudding, only 6 steps away". I went in and the interior of the shop was also interesting. Who came up with this? Just a normal countryside guy, not me, right? That's what I thought, but as I kept looking, it started to seem possible, which was strange. Of course, I bought the recommended "Pudding" but also ended up buying the Miso-stewed Mackerel. You can buy it for 100 yen at Seven-Eleven, but it was 500 yen here. You can even use PayPay here, and the customers were just ordinary middle-aged women. Anyway, it was a fascinating shop. On days when my wife is not around, I open a can of Mackerel Miso. Lately, I've been comparing different Mackerel Miso cans. Today is the second day. The consistency of the miso is normal, unlike the firm one on the first day, so this is a safe Mackerel Miso. The miso has a good flavor and richness, not too sweet. The miso may not be standing out, but it's delicious and the Mackerel is a good ingredient without a doubt. I don't recall eating Kinu-Saba, but this is a delicious fish. And the Mackerel Miso can was delicious. If I eat something this delicious on the second day, the next one will be tough. As for the Custard Pudding, when you look at the inside, it's quite runny. Is this how Custard Pudding is supposed to be? It's like a soup. They say it's "extremely delicious". Oh really, this shop is not just interesting, it's the real deal. Seriously, I want to visit this shop again."
