The second location of the hidden Italian restaurant "Belsonyo" in Nishi-Azabu. This second branch offers the same flavors as the original while allowing for a more casual lunch course experience. Additionally, it seems that there are takeout options available during the weekdays. **Location and Transportation:** A 7-minute walk from Hiroo Station and Roppongi Station, near the Nishi-Azabu intersection. **Visit Date and Time:** Saturday at 1 PM. We visited as a party of two. **Exterior, Interior, and Atmosphere:** The cute light blue exterior is eye-catching. The space accommodates a maximum of 5 people seated and 10 standing, naturally giving it a cozy feel. We were able to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and engaging conversations with Chef Nakamoto. It's a casual version of the restaurant "Belsonno," situated on Seichougai Street near Nogizaka, offering drinks, bento boxes (which looked delicious), and imported ingredients for sale in a small shop. Since a lunch course started in April, I was invited by a friend who has been there several times, and I eagerly made my first visit. I had heard so much about the excellence of the main restaurant beforehand, so I was really looking forward to it! ___ **Gastronomia Course (May)** - 5,800 yen - Caprese with burrata and prosciutto (Miyazaki tomatoes, basil, herbs, burrata cheese) - Shrimp and scallops in white wine butter sauce (angel shrimp, Hokkaido scallops, potato and pesto puree, woodsy-nutty herb) - Brown rice risotto with truffle and Parmesan cheese - Miyazaki beef Bolognese (Parmesan, watercress, fresh pasta (Chitarra)) - Belsonno's special tiramisu (mascarpone, espresso-infused tuile) - Coffee ___ While the short course consists of just five dishes, each plate is quite substantial, providing adequate satisfaction as a course. I especially enjoyed the following dishes: **Caprese:** The quality of the ingredients really stood out, with plenty of everyone's favorite burrata cheese! I was invited to lunch and visited the restaurant. The seating inside is somewhat limited, but they offer a good selection of takeout options. It’s nice to enjoy beautiful and authentic Italian dishes in a casual setting. We had both risotto and pasta, so it really felt like I had a true Italian dining experience! Next, we enjoyed a warm dish: angel shrimp and Hokkaido scallops sautéed in white wine butter, served with potato genovese sauce and fresh herbs like shiso. Then came the luxurious truffle risotto, an original dish from Bellsonio. The risotto is made with al dente brown rice, offering a unique texture that expands in flavor with each bite.
