①Lunch break one hour later than usual and ②encountered the ultimate almond croissant due to a line at Panena-san. Still haven't explored much, but in Kansai, this is my best almond croissant. Tax included below. 【Croissant almond】 350 yen. Larger size. The layers of the dough are delicate, with a decent density. The sweetness and buttery taste are perfect. The highlight is the almond cream sandwiched in the middle after baking. It is rich, with a strong rum flavor. I finally realized that I prefer almond cream not baked in. If it were custard, I'd be disappointed. Almond croissant is now only from Luai-san. 【Croissant】 240 yen. My daughter and husband were satisfied. 【Quinamman】 350 yen? Contains plenty of stewed apples. Bought at lunch and ate at night, so the crispy texture melted and became soft when reheated, but the apple flavor stands out. 【Herb bread】 340 yen. Parsley, garlic, onions, and butter spread on a soft buttery dough. When reheated, the good garlic aroma comes out. The bread dough flavor is light, and the butter spread is juicy. 【Coupe】 (official name unknown) 360 yen. Seems to be the product before spreading herb butter on the herb bread. Large and attractively priced. I bought it as breakfast. Light on flavor, easy to eat, and versatile with any sauce. I've been curious since I started coming to Taniroku for work. I was attracted to Panena-san and Boulangerie Guu. It's a waste not to visit sooner. I wanted my daughter, who has the same preferences as me, to taste the almond croissant, so I called to see if they could reserve it. The phone number listed on Tabelog connected to the 2nd-floor restaurant. They kindly gave me the 1st-floor phone number. It was the lady's mobile number. Maybe she won't answer during lunch break. I tried visiting after work at 6 pm and they had croissants left. Luckily, they baked more that day. Normally, croissants are ready after 1 pm. The lady's mobile number was indeed used. She didn't notice until we checked her call history together. There were many visitors, and she was elderly. If you want croissants, contact them a few days in advance. I didn't ask if I could share the lady's mobile number, so I won't disclose it here. If you want to reserve bread, call the restaurant number listed on Tabelog first. Taniroku is amazing. Within a 10-minute walk, there are two 100-name stores, and even if they are not 100-name stores, there are three great bakeries in Taniroku. Lunch break is too exciting.

There is a shop right outside exit 3 of Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line Yotsubashi Rokuchome Station. It has an Italian restaurant with a French flag sign. I bought a croissant which was slightly larger in size but had a simple shape. It had a nice buttery aroma, but was a bit light and crispy. I lightly warmed it up before breakfast and it was delicious.

The first floor is a bakery and the second floor is a restaurant. I wanted to try the Macaron Tower appetizer, so I went for the expensive course. The amuse-bouche, soup, main course, and everything else were delicious. The staff were very kind and attentive. It's definitely a restaurant I want to visit again.

Drive to the famous bakery "Le Ai" for some bread♪ I visited this shop on the first floor for dinner before. Since it was a bit late for the Obon holiday, there were only a few bread left...σ(^_^;)♢Pizza Margherita Focaccia with a basil aroma... There were also cakes in the showcase next to the register. I purchased the Herb Bread and Croissant SP. The Herb Bread costs 420 yen and is quite large, with cuts in several places. The soft and fluffy dough is spread with garlic, butter, and parsley. The strong garlic flavor gives it a rich taste and satisfying texture. When lightly toasted, the aroma of garlic spreads and tastes delicious. The Croissant SP costs 290 yen and is large with a satisfying texture. It has a strong crispiness, a pronounced butter flavor, and a wide range of wheat flavors that spread at once. I would like to buy the Herb Bread again. Thank you for the meal.

I came to a bakery near the intersection of Tamachi 6-chome. They have a relatively wide variety of products that go well with wine. The focaccia here is delicious, with the oil seeping through nicely - hooray for oiliness! It seems like they carefully select their olive oil, so it's quite healthy. The best part is how fluffy the dough is, even after a day - that softness is amazing! It's a wonderful shop~

I visited the restaurant with a friend to celebrate each other's birthdays. We enjoyed beautifully presented and delicious dishes, with me having wine pairing and my friend having non-alcoholic pairing. The wines, as well as the non-alcoholic drinks like juices and herbal teas, had various delicious flavors and aromas that paired well with the food, making our time enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean, warm, and cozy. On some days, you can also buy freshly baked bread from the bakery on the lower floor to take home.

"Le Ai Tanimachi Store" is a classy bakery located a 2-minute walk from Tanimachi Rokuchome Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line in Osaka's Chuo Ward. Visited on May 26, 2023, this bakery was ranked among the top 100 bakeries in the West in 2022 for its bread. Although the variety is not extensive, the croissants with beautiful shapes caught my attention. I purchased a "Croissant" for 290 yen. Despite feeling a bit full from eating ramen and sweets earlier, I was drawn to the generous size of the croissant. It looked absolutely beautiful. The croissant seemed a bit dry when eaten as is, but I believe it would taste completely different when warmed up. It has a rich buttery flavor with a hint of umami and sweetness, making it delicious. The dough was crispy, fine, and well-crafted. Thank you for the meal."

Around 3 PM on holidays, there is no parking available. The exterior may seem intimidating, but the interior is spacious and has a slightly calming atmosphere. Each bread is large. The basil, butter, and garlic in the herb bread are delicious. Croissant, almond croissant, butter Danish, and a round bread with apple and syrup, which is more like a pie than bread, are available. It feels like coming to buy the desired bread when it is baked.

I went around 2:30 pm. I had a fruit danish for 320 yen and a pudding for 360 yen. They only had sweet bread, so I was full and only got these two items. I will have them for breakfast tomorrow. Thank you for the meal.

I picked up some bread from "Ruai" in Yotsubashi, Osaka. The shokupan (Japanese white bread) was reasonably priced at 580 yen and had a strong buttery aroma. It was delicious to eat as is, and even better when lightly toasted for a crispy texture and more buttery flavor. The pizza had a soft and crispy crust without any greasiness, making it the best pizza bread I've ever had at 400 yen. The chocolate danish was amazing with delicious chocolate and a crispy texture without any greasiness at 340 yen. I went around lunchtime and couldn't choose much, so I want to go in the morning next time.

I bought a herb bread and a Kouign-Amann (750 yen). The herb bread had a surprisingly delicious flavor with herbs. The shop recommended it. The lady at the shop told me about it. The shop has a nice atmosphere with a Kansai vibe. The first floor has a European-style atmosphere. It seems like you can also dine on the second floor, but I only did takeout so I'm not sure about the atmosphere there.

On a nice day, I went for a walk and stumbled upon a bakery that caught my eye. If time allowed, the restaurant on the second floor seemed nice too. This time, I opted for takeout from the bakery on the first floor. Upon entering, the slightly dimly lit interior with natural light filtering in felt pleasant. The staff greeted me in a calm and polite manner, allowing me to take photos with a kind nod. I couldn't resist getting a croissant and a baguette, but since they were out of baguettes, I got a similar pastry called couque instead. After a brief chat, I headed home. The croissant was delightfully crispy, the couque had a crunchy crust with a soft interior, and the not-too-sweet but moist and delicious kouign-amann. Everything was incredibly tasty. I enjoyed my meal while reminiscing about the ambiance of the place. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Saturday visit, no wait at 14:00 visit, depart. About a 5-minute walk from Tanimachi Rokuchome Station. They had about 6 types of fruit Danish pastries with pear. This time, I chose the pear from the Danish pastry team. It has a crispy texture and a juicy pear feel, which is nice! The croissant is a classic croissant. Oh, it's big, really big! Bakery located a little north of Akahori Shotengai, not easily recognizable as a bakery. Make sure to look for the French flag as a sign. Herb Bread 360 yen: Soft and popular, with parsley, garlic, butter, and onion flavors. Tastes delicious without a strong herb or garlic taste, more of a buttery flavor. Fruit Danish 300 yen: Various flavors available like raspberry, apple, pineapple, banana, and blueberry. Opted for pineapple, which was crispy with a subtle sweetness. Kouign-amann 350 yen: The sugar on top is not too sweet, with a nice apple filling. Some items tend to sell out quickly, so it's best to visit early.Visited around 2 pm on a holiday.

Popular bakery "RuAi" in Goryu. The bakery department run by the popular Italian restaurant on the first floor. I thought the Italian influence would make it seem high-end, but when I entered, it was a tiny space like a countryside bakery. The Herb Bread (¥360) had a note saying "This is delicious!" and it really was, just like an old-fashioned countryside bakery. The crispy thick outer layer and surprisingly fluffy dough made it hard to believe it was a baguette. The bread itself was quite tasty, with plenty of herb paste. It had a garlic toast-like feel. Delicious. The Fruit Danish (¥300) looked delicious as expected from French or Italian pastries. It had a crispy texture with thinly sliced fruits on top of a moist dough. The impressively fragrant crispiness from being baked well was more noticeable than the sweetness. It was decent. I would like to visit the Italian restaurant section someday.
