For lunch, I had a light pizza here, which I had heard about from an acquaintance. The acquaintance complained about the bread and pizza not being baked properly. The waitress was very nice. I ordered the Marinara for 1100 yen, the BCC (S size with a 200 yen discount) for 1300 yen, Kutchan potato fries for 500 yen, and two colas for 450 yen each. I started with the potato fries while drinking cola. They were delicious, sticky, and sweet. The Marinara had a strong anchovy flavor, and the pizza was well-cooked with a good crust. The BCC had mozzarella, arugula, tomato, and herb-roasted pork. It was a small size with a good crust that wasn't too moist.

I ate at a restaurant in Kutchan where you can eat freshly baked pizza at a relatively reasonable price, and the pizza was delicious! I had the number one pizza in the photo. The tomato and garlic were deliciously balanced!

Located a little away from the bustling Hirafu, it may be difficult to walk from the central accommodation in Hirafu, but the food, which is not only delicious but also Instagram-worthy, is highly recommended. My family avoids the heat of Tokyo and spends our summer vacation in Niseko every year, and we have been regular customers since its establishment 6 years ago (?). Our two daughters in middle and high school, as well as my wife, love this cafe. The cappuccino and espresso made with Passalacqua beans here are exquisite. The sandwiches made with baguettes from the chef's hometown bakery in Kutchan and the authentic pizzas baked in the pizza oven using local vegetables are all superb.

I came to a cafe in White Rock. I got sandwiches to go and ate them at a nearby ski resort. The baguette here is delicious. I had a simple ham and cheese sandwich, my daughter had a salmon and cream cheese soft French, and my wife had a tuna and egg sandwich. I forgot the rest.

The high ceiling in the spacious interior creates a great sense of openness. The cafe is run by a group of young and hardworking staff. I ordered the Margherita and Mais pizzas. The Margherita is a classic choice whenever I have pizza, and the one here was excellent with a nice balance of flour aroma and acidity. The Mais pizza, made with corn, offered a new and delicious texture. The coffee after the meal was also top-notch. I couldn't resist getting a dessert to go when paying at the register - they just looked too tempting. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

This place is also stylish and urban, similar to restaurants near Sapporo's Odori Park. I enjoyed a glass of wine, mineral water, recommended pizza, salad, and pork pate, all of which were delicious and had good portions for the price. They also have parking, so if it were nearby, I might come here every week. Kutchan is really impressive. The restaurant has long opening hours and is convenient to use.
