I went to the Hokkaido Ramen Kikou Part 3, "Sapporo Ramen Sho," at Obihiro Station. You buy a food ticket, then pick up your order when it's ready, and clean up after you finish eating. This seems to be the system they use. I realized it was the third installment, so I couldn't visit the first and second ones.

Ramen restaurant located in Chitose Outlet Mall Rera! I ordered miso ramen and cha-mayo onigiri! The taste is a classic miso flavor, with a good balance of ginger! It's really delicious, but unfortunately, this facility is like a ghost town with no people... The neighboring ramen shop is the same, but if it were in a more crowded place, it would be worth the wait for this tasty food.

I visited the Lera Outlet Mall for lunch after a long time, as I was nearby for work. It seemed like the place has not fully recovered from the effects of the pandemic, as there were few food and drink spaces open. However, I found a ramen shop in the ramen area and decided to try it out. Although the shop seemed to specialize in miso ramen, I opted for soy sauce ramen since I had miso ramen a few days ago. The soy sauce ramen I received had a richly colored soup, two slices of chashu, and a small but satisfying half portion of flavored egg. The toppings were simple with menma, green onions, and that was it. The soy sauce soup was not as salty as it looked, with a subtle sweetness that made it delicious. The noodles were slightly curly, typical of Sapporo ramen, and I enjoyed them a lot. I didn't have high expectations for a ramen shop in a commercial facility, but I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. Overall, it was a good meal. Lera, on the other hand, needs to step up their game. Thank you for the meal~

Happy New Year 2023.1.1, First cup in Chitose City, Sapporo Ramen Sho Miso Chashu for 1000 yen, small rice for 100 yen. On New Year's Day, there weren't many places open, so I went to the Ramen Expo at Lera. The soup had a rich flavor that I really liked. The noodles were medium thickness curly noodles, cooked firm and delicious. The toppings included 5 slices of chashu, thin but very tender. Breaking them apart with chopsticks and eating them with the noodles was pure happiness. Other toppings included menma, green onions, bean sprouts, and a half-boiled egg. Maybe I should have added toppings to the rice to make it more filling since the chashu was thin. Finished with rice in the soup, delicious. Thank you for the meal. I'll definitely come back. Goodbye!

Visited the restaurant around 12:30 on a holiday and waited in line for about 5 minutes to enter. I ordered the miso ramen for 800 yen and the negi chashu roll for 250 yen. The miso ramen had a slightly sweet miso flavor with chewy thin noodles that were just right. The chashu was firm and flavorful. The roll had a tangy taste like a tuna roll, which helped balance out the richness of the miso soup. Both dishes were delicious and enjoyable.

I wanted to eat ramen for lunch, so I decided to go in even though there were already four customers on a weekday. I had the miso ramen for 800 yen including tax. It had bean sprouts in it and the soup was quite delicious. I felt like I would like to go back again someday!

I went to the ramen shop "翔" in Lera, which was previously operated as "麺屋 みならい" in Sapporo until April 2018. The place was quite crowded, with many customers enjoying the ramen. I ordered the "Shoyu Chashu Ramen (¥950)" which arrived promptly. The soup was mild with a balanced sweetness and just the right amount of saltiness. The thinly sliced chashu was tender and not too fatty, appealing to a wide range of preferences. The noodles were medium thickness with a good chewy texture. The seasoned soft-boiled egg was delicious. Overall, the ramen had a simple yet satisfying taste, making it a good choice for anyone. While some may prefer more vegetables, keeping the quantity in check helps maintain the flavor of the soup. Despite being a standard option, the quality justifies the price. I look forward to trying their side menu items next time. Thank you for the meal.

Visited for the first time on August 22, 2021, marking my 90th visit of the year. Lately, I haven't taken Saturdays off. Today is Sunday, and there is still work to be done, but I really want to take a day off. My wife and Hana-chan also need a change of pace. So, today I decided to take a break. I went to Chitose's Lera while walking Hana-chan. After walking around Lera for a bit, it was time for lunch. I chose a ramen shop inside Lera that I hadn't been to before - Sapporo Ramen Sho. There were fewer customers compared to other shops, which made me a bit wary, but I still went in without hesitation (laughs). There was only one group of two customers ahead of us. My wife also seemed a bit hesitant, sensing the danger. The ramen menu was typical, with a Sapporo theme. My wife went for salt flavor, while I opted for miso. Since we were hungry, we also ordered Negi Chashu Maki and Braised Pork Bowl on the side. The staff's service was excellent, and their voices were not bad either. The ramen was served in less than 10 minutes after ordering. The appearance was plain, with a typical form. Without expecting too much, I started eating. I took a sip of the soup. Oh, this is not bad! The taste was typical, but there was no particular strong flavor, and the umami of chicken broth came through nicely. As I tried the noodles, they were cooked just right for Sapporo-style noodles. The ingredients were nothing unusual, but the stir-fried vegetables were a bit scarce. The chashu was lean and easy to eat. It wasn't my preference, but it was quite delicious. Maybe because my expectations were low, but the ramen turned out better than I thought. My wife, who had the salt flavor, was also pleasantly surprised. I tried a bit of it, and honestly, the salt flavor was tastier than the miso. I felt that it would be a good restaurant even if more customers gathered. As for the side dishes, I had the Braised Pork Bowl, and my wife had the Negi Chashu Maki. Both were reasonably priced and had good flavors. For a ramen shop in a large shopping mall, the quality was surprisingly high. Lera itself doesn't seem to attract many people, but it is very convenient for people like us who bring pets and it's really nice not to have to wait for a meal. I will probably use it quite often from now on, so I plan to try all the ramen shops in Lera. I would like to come back again. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal♪

Lela... has really quieted down. Even during lunchtime, there were only 2 or 3 people in each of the shops at the expo, and Ezo was closed. It seems like they have reduced staff and stopped calling people in. Here, Sho is managing the shop alone. The background music is "A Whiter Shade of Pale" by Procol Harum, which is quite stylish for a ramen shop. I ordered the salt ramen, and it was served in 5 minutes. The noodles had a beautiful color, and the soup had a strong garlic flavor... it was delicious! Salt ramen for 750 yen. Thank you for the meal! (^^)v

This is a shop at "Chitose Outlet Mall Rera" in Chitose City. The "Chitose Ramen Expo" is being held. It seems like there are not many customers in Rera on weekdays. Most of the few customers seem to be from the People's Republic of China. The soy sauce ramen costs 750 yen and the green onion wrapped in pork costs 250 yen. The ramen has a very dark soup, which looks like it has a strong flavor, but it actually has just the right level of flavor. It's not bad... just average. The green onion wrapped in pork had wet seaweed and was too salty.

After a night shift, I had lunch at "Sapporo Ramen Sho" in Chitose Ramen Expo inside Chitose Outlet Mall Rera. I had soy sauce ramen for 750 yen. It came with green onions, bamboo shoots, chashu, and a seasoned egg. The soy sauce ramen didn't have bean sprouts, which is common in Sapporo ramen. Sapporo Ramen Sho started operating in the Chitose Ramen Expo on April 25, 2018. The place used to be occupied by "Asahikawa Raumen Aoba" and "Ebisen." Ebisen has now moved to the location vacated by "Hokkaido Menmonogatari Ookura Mountain." The owner of Sapporo Ramen Sho used to run a shop in Sapporo. The restaurant has 6 counter seats and 3 tables for 4 people each, all non-smoking. The menu includes miso ramen for 800 yen, salt ramen for 750 yen, spicy miso ramen for 850 yen, mini braised pork rice bowl for 300 yen, gyoza for 400 yen (5 pieces), negi chashu roll for 250 yen, and small rice for 100 yen or medium for 150 yen. The ramen noodles were Sapporo Prishco noodles from Morizumi with a black soup that was mild with a hint of garlic, making it delicious. I can't remember where, but the soy sauce flavor seemed familiar. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

Visited in June 2018, this ramen shop is located in the outlet mall "Rera" in Chitose. It is situated in the food court, taking over the space previously occupied by "Ebisen", a new shop that moved in after the original "Ebisen" relocated across the aisle. The most popular item on the menu, the "Miso Ramen", was ordered along with some side "Gyoza". The Miso Ramen had a well-balanced soup with a mix of red and white miso, making it a crowd-pleaser. Toppings included chashu, egg, menma, chopped green onions, and bean sprouts, with a generous sprinkling of white sesame seeds adding a distinctive touch. The shop advertises as serving "Sapporo Ramen", and the noodles were medium-thick and curly, with a moderate water content, matching the overall crowd-pleasing theme. The chashu was a good balance of lean and fatty meat, appealing to both those who prefer tender meat and those who prefer leaner cuts. The shop seems to aim for general satisfaction rather than catering to a specific niche, which is fitting for its location near the airport in an outlet mall where many first-time customers visit. The interior of the shop retained the same layout as the previous "Ebisen", with a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. If given the chance, it would be interesting to try out their other flavors as well.

I was looking at the outlet mall Lera's website and discovered a new restaurant. I visited alone for the first time on a Sunday. I ordered miso ramen for 800 yen and a mini braised pork bowl for 300 yen. Since I was alone, they directed me to the counter seats in the back. The ramen is described as made with a blend of three types of miso that have been aged for a month, resulting in a unique and hot soup. I usually eat soy sauce ramen, but this time I chose miso. The soup was hot with a burnt-like flavor, and the noodles were medium-thick and curly, which I like. The miso ramen was served with plenty of bean sprouts and sesame seeds, as well as green onions, onions, bamboo shoots, half a seasoned egg, and thinly sliced, tender chashu. The mini braised pork bowl had deliciously flavored pork. Last week, I accidentally went to the neighboring Sakurajima restaurant, so I came back this week. Just so you know, Sakurajima is always crowded with a line. Thank you for the meal.
