Visited for the first time on August 22, 2021, marking my 90th visit of the year. Lately, I haven't taken Saturdays off. Today is Sunday, and there is still work to be done, but I really want to take a day off. My wife and Hana-chan also need a change of pace. So, today I decided to take a break. I went to Chitose's Lera while walking Hana-chan. After walking around Lera for a bit, it was time for lunch. I chose a ramen shop inside Lera that I hadn't been to before - Sapporo Ramen Sho. There were fewer customers compared to other shops, which made me a bit wary, but I still went in without hesitation (laughs). There was only one group of two customers ahead of us. My wife also seemed a bit hesitant, sensing the danger. The ramen menu was typical, with a Sapporo theme. My wife went for salt flavor, while I opted for miso. Since we were hungry, we also ordered Negi Chashu Maki and Braised Pork Bowl on the side. The staff's service was excellent, and their voices were not bad either. The ramen was served in less than 10 minutes after ordering. The appearance was plain, with a typical form. Without expecting too much, I started eating. I took a sip of the soup. Oh, this is not bad! The taste was typical, but there was no particular strong flavor, and the umami of chicken broth came through nicely. As I tried the noodles, they were cooked just right for Sapporo-style noodles. The ingredients were nothing unusual, but the stir-fried vegetables were a bit scarce. The chashu was lean and easy to eat. It wasn't my preference, but it was quite delicious. Maybe because my expectations were low, but the ramen turned out better than I thought. My wife, who had the salt flavor, was also pleasantly surprised. I tried a bit of it, and honestly, the salt flavor was tastier than the miso. I felt that it would be a good restaurant even if more customers gathered. As for the side dishes, I had the Braised Pork Bowl, and my wife had the Negi Chashu Maki. Both were reasonably priced and had good flavors. For a ramen shop in a large shopping mall, the quality was surprisingly high. Lera itself doesn't seem to attract many people, but it is very convenient for people like us who bring pets and it's really nice not to have to wait for a meal. I will probably use it quite often from now on, so I plan to try all the ramen shops in Lera. I would like to come back again. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal♪
