I found out later that this place is particular about their milk, so I regret not ordering a latte or café au lait. I stopped by for a break until the next shop opened, and I realized it's a popular place with lots of young customers. Thank you for the meal.

Using Hokkaido milk, this coffee shop has 5 locations in Hokkaido, 1 in Malaysia, 1 in the Philippines, and 2 in Singapore. It's quite global! Located about a 3-minute walk from Odori Park, it's mainly for takeout with a counter along the wall for standing and drinking. The exterior and interior are stylish and cool. You can choose from 3 types of milk and coffee beans, allowing you to create your own personalized coffee. I opted for a Cafe Latte HOT for the latte art. The shop opens at 10 am. I started my day on my Hokkaido trip by visiting this shop and enjoying this coffee.

While taking a walk in Sapporo, I felt like having coffee and decided to visit a café. I ordered a latte where I could choose from four types of milk produced in Hokkaido, and it was incredibly delicious. It was the best coffee I had tried among the coffee stands I visited this year.

It was very delicious. The coffee was aromatic, had a good richness, and even with milk, it still retained its coffee flavor without feeling diluted. The combination of milk and coffee enhanced the taste of the coffee. It was my first time spending over 1000 yen on a café latte in a paper cup.
I would like to visit the shop someday. Thank you for the meal.

Near Tanuki Koji, there is a stylish coffee shop that is very particular about their coffee beans and milk. The milk is delivered directly from a dairy farm, and it seems that you can't always predict when it will arrive, so it's not guaranteed that you'll get your preferred type in the morning! When I visited, the milk hadn't arrived yet, but they had a rare bean called Geisha, so I tried that instead. It had a surprisingly floral aroma, almost like a milk tea, but with a strong coffee taste in the finish. It was a unique and satisfying cup that you don't come across often.

Located about three minutes from the Nishi-4chome tram stop in Sapporo, Hokkaido. The latte seemed like a good choice, but I wanted coffee so I had the Blend Takeout. It was refreshing with a hint of bitterness, which was nice. Forgot to take a photo.

It was a very crowded cafe with lots of foreigners. It's not a cheap cafe, but the food was delicious. I ordered a cafe latte and could choose from three types of milk: Biei, Nemuro, and Hokkaido University. I chose Nemuro, and the coffee had a mild taste and was delicious.

A cafe latte shop where you can choose between beans and milk. It has a unique Hokkaido touch with its milk from the dairy-rich region. It may not be a surprising concept, but it sounds interesting. You can try a strong bean with sweet milk, or make both light and refreshing. Let's start with a regular one first. Indeed, cafe lattes taste delicious with good milk.

It was amazing! I wanted to take photos at Odori Park, so I stopped by this shop to buy a coffee and take pictures while drinking it. I fell in love with the cuteness of the tumbler and bought it on the spot. I went all the way to Red Brick Terrace to take photos! This time, I ordered a hot coffee (Brazil) and it was incredibly delicious. I want to say it had a rich flavor and something else, but I'm an amateur so I can't write it, haha. But it was really delicious!

I arrived at the shop just after it opened in the morning at 10:15. Since it was a weekday, I was the only customer. There were only two seats available for dining in. They offered a selection of about three types of milk and coffee beans to choose from for the latte. That day, in addition to the popular Jersey milk, they also had Holstein milk available. When I mentioned that I was in the mood for a hot drink, the staff recommended the Jersey milk, so I ordered a latte with Jersey milk and a strong espresso. It was served in a stylish original mug cup. The combination of strong espresso and creamy milk was delicious. I also received an original cookie. Although I was full this time, they also offer baked goods such as donuts.

Visited around 3:00 PM, only 2 seats available for eat-in due to store precautions. Ordered milk for takeout from a selection of options, chose Gandhi milk. It was served with Arabica blend beans and had a unique milk flavor I had never experienced before. It had minimal bitterness, making it easy for those who don't like coffee to try. It was an interesting café with a unique concept.

I visited a trendy cafe that is popular on Instagram, bringing my trunk case with me. It's a coffee shop that specializes in milk, with a variety of milk options available. I visited around noon, and although the female staff mentioned in many reviews was not there, the male staff was very friendly and even gave me a complimentary banana juice. Thank you for the delicious drink!

Stylish coffee stand "BARISTART COFFEE" is now closed. Located in 4th Avenue Plaza and the middle street of PIVOT, this coffee stand is known for its popular "latte with a focus on milk." Originating from Hokkaido, they are dedicated to milk, choosing coffee beans that complement the milk.
I ordered the milk brew coffee, which I have been obsessed with lately. It is coffee soaked in milk, a coffee milk that I love so much that I am thinking of making it myself. It doesn't use water or sugar, so you can taste the coffee directly. It's a grown-up coffee milk where light roasted coffee is aromatic, and dark roasted coffee offers a coffee-flavored milk drink.

Creamy latte with a milk base ☕️ Made a detour during a stroll in Sapporo, easy access in the city center ⭕️ Enjoyed the freshly ground kinako powder with a campfire-like rich aroma, feeling excited while sipping. They use four types of milk, and I want to try them all. I will definitely visit every time I come to Sapporo for business.

I wanted to drink delicious coffee for a morning activity, so I decided to try this place that I was curious about (even though it was already around 11 am, so it's not really a morning activity). As a big fan of milk, I was aiming for the Jersey milk, but I couldn't find it on the menu... oh, it's hidden under a sticky note (I found out later). So, I ended up getting a Jersey milk latte (I usually go for things I like). The latte was served at just the right temperature for someone with a sensitive tongue like me, with a mild sweetness and no bitterness or acidity from the coffee, making it a clean and elegant coffee milk-like drink. There's a subtle Jersey milk flavor that comes through later, so I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try Jersey milk for the first time. For those who can do latte art, I admire you as I am quite clumsy. The customer service from the staff was excellent. I haven't felt this way about wanting to visit a place just to see the staff in a long time. The eat-in space only has two chairs, and with one staff member, if four customers come in, the place gets crowded. However, the staff carefully makes each drink and asks about your preferences to recommend something that suits you. Even when it's busy, they don't show any signs of rushing or being sloppy, and they treat each customer with care, reminding me of Dandelion in Kuramae. It's only about a 30-second walk from the subway, so it's convenient to visit even in bad weather (although the weather wasn't bad when I went). Next time, I want to try the Gandhi milk...!

I visited "Baristaart Coffee" according to their opening hours, which were supposed to be from 9 am, but have now been changed to 10 am. I heard that they use Gandhi milk in their drinks, so I was curious to try it. I don't know much about it, but I have had some experience with cows, and I have heard of Gandhi cows before. Usually, dairy products come from Holstein or Jersey cows, right? I once saw Gandhi cow ice cream and regretted not trying it, but I never thought I would get the chance to try a drink made with Gandhi milk. As planned, I ordered the "Gandhi Milk Latte Inoue Ranch R Size (¥680)" and it arrived promptly. It was not as sweet or creamy as I expected. It was easy to drink! It had a clean aftertaste, but it was richer compared to regular low-fat milk, and it was a new taste experience for me. I usually can't tell the difference in taste between different types of milk unless it's low-fat, but this one was distinctly different. The slight bitterness in the drink balanced out the sweetness nicely, making it quite delicious. I didn't take a photo, but I can tell you that the drink itself is slightly yellowish compared to a regular latte. If I go back, I will try either the milk or coffee. Thank you for the meal.

A small coffee stand located on the street between 4-chome Plaza and Pivo, known as Oyoyo Street. They have a trademark bear illustration that can be seen in various places, even on the cups. They offer different types of lattes focusing on milk such as Blend Milk Latte, Biei Jersey Milk Latte, and Ganji Milk Latte. I ordered the "Barista Art Latte (Short)" made with Blend Milk for 550 yen and also got a Banana Bread for 300 yen. The barista mentioned that he's not very good at latte art, but it was fine by me. The latte was delicious with a mild and rich flavor from the special milk used. The Banana Bread had a cake-like texture with a nice banana aroma and crunchy nuts. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy a tasty latte in a friendly atmosphere!

Eating udon, curry, and having tea time! If you want to drink delicious latte in Sapporo, this is the place to go. BARISTARTCOFFEE. They source fresh milk from Hokkaido dairy farms, specifying the pasteurization method and cow breed, to create "visible milk" and use state-of-the-art espresso machines to bring out the milk's flavor in coffee. Baristas make custom lattes and coffee that you can enjoy at their stylish and casual coffee stand. You can drink standing inside or outside the shop. They offer a special Guernsey milk latte that is sweet and delicious, made with rare Guernsey milk. It is a bit pricey but worth trying.

"BARISTART COFFEE" is a popular coffee stand in Sapporo. It has a stylish exterior with edgy brick and wooden frames. The interior is simple and fashionable, with cute tumblers featuring the shop's bear logo. The menu is known for its latte, which focuses on different types of milk. I ordered an iced latte, which had a rich and refreshing taste, combining the aroma and flavor of espresso with the depth of milk. This coffee stand opened in 2015 and is popular judging by its Instagram followers. If you're visiting Sapporo, why not stop by and enjoy their delicious lattes?

"I finally had the chance to visit a nice coffee shop that my boyfriend had recommended a few times, which was located in the resort company where I used to work. While my boyfriend was chatting with the manager, I carefully looked at the menu to decide which coffee to order. With three different types of lattes and coffees available, I was a bit indecisive. I ended up ordering the Robusta Blend for ¥420 in a regular size. The coffee had a deep and bitter taste, with a sharpness and richness that made it easy to drink and delicious. It was a coffee that made me want to savor each sip. My boyfriend ordered the Hokkaido Kunneppu-cho low-temperature pasteurized milk latte for ¥650, which was made with mild sweetness Kunneppu milk. You can choose between two types of coffee beans, 'MILD' with a milk sweetness and 'BITTER' with a chocolate-like richness. He chose 'BITTER' and the combination of milk sweetness and smooth texture made it an irresistible drink. Personally, I would even consider taking home a milk pack and enjoying the milk on its own. The coffee shop offers a variety of flavors to enjoy through different coffee beans and milk types, showing their attention to detail in quality. While I prefer black coffee and don't usually drink lattes, I still felt the dedication to quality in both the coffee and milk at this shop. I'm thinking of trying the recommended Barista Blend next time. Thank you for the meal."
