Exiting Sumikawa Station on the side facing Hiragishi Street and walking for 30 seconds... or maybe 10 seconds? Well, this is a place where shops change frequently, and as a resident of Sumikawa, I was surprised to find that it had become a yakiniku restaurant without me noticing. After a night of drinking with an old friend in Sumikawa, I stumbled upon this place as I was leaving. The large banner saying "Solo diners welcome" was quite inviting. I was seated at a table right inside the entrance, a designated "solo diner seat", barely one square meter in size with a charcoal grill and a touch panel for ordering. I decided to try the Nikka Highball (209 yen incl. tax), which was surprisingly cheap and tasted great with a good fizz. The Harami (539 yen incl. tax) was reasonably priced for the portion, and the meat was frozen with a sharp edge. The dipping sauce was slightly sweet but a bit thin, so mixing in plenty of gochujang worked well. Of course, the grill was filled with charcoal. The Anan Kalbi (319 yen incl. tax) was also quite affordable, with a good meaty flavor and minimal fat. The highball kept flowing as I enjoyed it. I couldn't resist ordering the Marinated Genghis Khan (539 yen incl. tax) with its tender lamb and slightly sweet taste. I wished there was a bit more though. After a night of heavy drinking with my friend, the total bill for the meal came to 1,606 yen. It was a satisfying meal. Thank you!

The all-you-can-drink beer set for 990 yen is a great deal! There is a counter where you can sit alone comfortably, and they use charcoal grills. The quality of the meat is just okay, not amazing. But the ease of entry, the convenience of ordering through touch panels, and the cheap all-you-can-drink option make this place worth recommending if you feel like eating yakiniku alone. Plus, the orders come quickly after you place them!

It's another visit! As always, the cost performance was great. This time, I tried the lettuce for the first time and it was delicious. Also, I had enough stamps on my card to get the three-color ice cream. The shrimp okonomiyaki was delicious as always. It was crispy from head to tail and I enjoyed every bite. I want to visit again next month.

It's a repeat visit. The portion of meat per person is quite generous and very affordable. Both the cheap kalbi and cheap loin are delicious enough. The loin has a thicker cut, and children seem to find the kalbi easier to eat. Also, I'm hooked on the grilled shrimp. The shrimp size is large, and you can eat everything from head to tail, all crispy! It's a great snack♪ The seating is comfortable, and ordering is done through a touch panel, so it's nice that the staff only come when necessary! The all-you-can-drink option is cheap, and since I don't like carbonation, I remember the green tea cup and oolong highball course being around 600 yen! They also have a stamp card where they stamp it for 1000 yen, so you can accumulate stamps fairly quickly. Lately, I've been going there at least once a month, haha.

I visited for lunch on a holiday, around 3 pm. It seems they have continuous hours from lunchtime on weekends and holidays. The restaurant is located on the first floor of Yakitori En. The sign for En is quite noticeable. When I tried to enter, the door didn't open. I thought they might be closed, but it was just a common issue with the ventilation system in BBQ restaurants. Each table is separated, creating a cozy atmosphere. Orders are placed using a tablet. The all-you-can-drink alcohol option is very cheap, only 550 yen without beer and 980 yen with beer for 120 minutes. No appetizers were served, which was nice. The menu items are all very affordable, almost unbelievably so. I ordered seasoned lamb, salted lamb, cheap beef ribs, young beef ribs, skirt steak, and hormone. Also, bibimbap and rice. And a highball. The meat grilled over charcoal was delicious! I went for the lamb, but the cheapest beef ribs and young beef ribs were the most delicious. Maybe because they were so cheap, they felt like a great deal. The bibimbap was just okay, probably because it was too cheap. Next time, I might just stick to the cheap beef ribs, young beef ribs, and hormone. At 290 yen, you can't go wrong with the quality you get for the price.

I went to Sumigawa for dinner and decided to eat and then head home since it was getting late. When I asked my companion what they wanted to eat, they simply said "yakiniku". No problem, I thought. The door at this restaurant was surprisingly heavy, but I didn't bother to investigate why (hint: it doesn't matter). We ordered using a touch panel for drinks, opting for the limited all-you-can-drink menu with two choices. For food, we chose the "Family Set" (1680 yen) which was a good deal at 210 yen per serving. My companion also ordered the "Negimeshi" set (250 yen). The Family Set included Wiener sausage, hamburger, chicken thigh, pork kalbi, pork belly, pork tongue, and shishito peppers to grill. We enjoyed the limited drinks menu which included highballs, lemon sours, green tea highballs, and oolong highballs. By the time my companion finished eating, the bill came out to 3410 yen for the two of us, which was very reasonable. Next time, we plan to try the salted hormone and Ananko kalbi, and also have some grilled vegetables. Thank you, Sumigawa restaurant!

The restaurant has half-private rooms which makes it feel safe to use. The all-you-can-drink and meat are both very cheap. The meat prices are mostly around 300 yen per serving. I ate to my heart's content and even with the beer included in the all-you-can-drink, it only cost around 6000 yen. The eringi butter and kimchi were delicious. It's a great deal, so I will definitely visit again.

The restaurant is conveniently located near the station, so I tend to come here often. I was seated at a single seat, which made me feel relaxed. Today, I decided to splurge on the limited 550 yen all-you-can-drink offer and the 1980 yen assorted lamb platter. I didn't want to order the same thing as last time to avoid giving the restaurant a negative impression. The lemon sour was refreshing, and the salted lamb and seasoned lamb were cooked on a charcoal grill, giving them a nice aroma. The lamb was tender and delicious, and the meal was complemented by rice and a simple soup. I had four glasses of lemon sour, which left me feeling full and satisfied.

This is my first review! I transferred to a new location in February and now my nearest station is Sumikawa. As soon as you get off at Sumikawa Station, it's right there. They have all-you-can-drink starting from 550 yen. You can order highballs, lemon sours, green tea highballs, and oolong highballs on a touch panel. It's like a one-coin deal! And no cover charge! I forgot to take a picture of the lemon sour I got! Oh well! I also got bean sprout namul and miso hormone, both for 290 yen each! I grilled the hormone until it was crispy and delicious. I had 2 lemon sours and a green tea highball, and the total came to 1090 yen. I got a bit tipsy and accidentally took the subway in the wrong direction on the way back! Oh well, haha. They also accept card and barcode payments. I will definitely come back! ^o^
